This location has extremely rude employees. I was treated rudely and talked back at by one employee in particular. I was picking up an order and waited patiently for a long time to even be acknowledged by an employee. They ignore the customers completely until they get flagged down. I could see my order on the counter and asked one employee if it was my order, she lied and told me it wasn’t. I looked myself and it was my order that I needed to be picked up. I get snapped at by another employee for looking myself, then when I politely asked her to bag up the order because it was my order and I needed to take it she talked back, treated me very poorly, and flat out, admitted that she gives preferential treatment to Certain customers. As far as I’m concerned, this whole staff needs to be retrained in customer service.

Ok. I HATE going to this location. It’s too busy with too many people that are clearly not from the town. I always wait up to 20 minutes for a coffee that’s usually not even hot. But I’m giving 5 stars because the staff here is excellent. The workers here are always friendly and courteous, even when they are extremely busy making ridiculously complex drinks for an obnoxious clientele. The staff here is great and especially (I believe his name is Jeff). Always friendly and courteous!

Friendly and quick to take our order. Plenty of parking.
Seems ok unless you order off the app. I’m not sure if the staff is upset you can’t add a tip or what but if I order 5 min before they give an attitude and make me park, if I order 15 before they say they have to make a new order. Bottom line, they don’t like if you use the app AT ALL at this location. I don’t bother anymore and just go to the Dunkin next door where their app works fine every time.

First off I always use my app to order which is why I will never be going to this Starbuck again because the no longer allow order ahead. I was out with friends and went inside as usually the order ahead is disabled so I order an iced lavender cream oatmilk match.... what I got was a hot latte .... I told them it was supposed to be ice and she said nope you said hot ....I don't drink hot lattes ever I would never order them. This is after the people making the drinks asked for the ticket and she said oh it didn't print iknow what it is ill make them. She insisted that she made my order and walked away.... a complete waste of money but I guess that's what I get for going to Starbucks in torrington. Never again especially without order ahead.
