It only takes one time

I've probably spend roughly 600 - $700 just this year in Starbucks alone; mainly because of the great service. Shannon, Joel and Seth are awesome, The other day, Shannon knew my order as I pulled up to the drive thru (Yes I'm that predictable)

Sadly today, I ordered my same highly predictable order, was charged the same amount, and was given the wrong size. When I noticed it and handed it back letting them know it was the wrong size, I was told "We all heard you say Grande" (I have literally never ordered that size)

Anyways, my point of this review is a simple Pro-tip: If it means pouring the already made drink into a larger cup and adding some hot milk, even THAT would be a better solution than telling the person who just paid $6 for a coffee that he doesn't remember what he said.

I will add, the three mentioned people above were not working, and I had never seen the person who took my order.

Im sure I'll be back, but for a company focused on the customer experience, ya might wanna work this into your training, bc it takes many times to gain a customer, and only one time to lose them.

Concerned Citizen

Slowest Starbucks drive-thru I've ever been in. People literally honking their horns in frustration (there's only 1 spot to exit the line if you want otherwise you're blocked in one you join the line.) 10 minutes from start to finish (at 1 in the afternoon on a Saturday it's hardly 'rush hour' for a Starbucks.)

Review: Well here doing another starbucks review ?

I been going to this starbucks fairly recent, usually on the weekends and mainly when i'm working up in the torrington area.

Note: Note not all my thoughts/opinions will be listed but just enough to get a point across thanks for you understanding.

Customer service: Costumer service is surprising nice.

Drinks: The drinks there are usually spot on and so far all is good.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere is straight forward and simple as with any starbucks.

Seating: The seating is as with any coffee shop if it gets busy it's hard to find seats and if it not as busy it is easy to find seats.

My Drink of choice: Black Tea Lemonade with Light Ice & 3 Liquid Sugars.

Final Thoughts: I been going to this starbucks rarely but when I do stop by it alright place tho parking lot suck in my opinion everything else so far is pretty good.

I'll probably stop by more in the future.. maybe... not sure time will tell ?

This Starbucks is my first experience at Starbucks and I always tell people I would never be hired at Starbucks because I'm just not nice enough. These people are so nice and the quick interaction you have with them they are asking you about your day and smiling ?

drinks always are watered down here or taste burnt and u can see that they don’t clean their espresso machines properly because there always are espresso pieces at the bottom of my cup or they don’t mix it properly and the syrup is just stuck at the bottom. I recommend the market 32 Starbucks.

I've been through the drive-thru once and they were the nicest people and very patient. It's usually very busy but they pass the lines along pretty fast. My fiance loves their coffee, little pricey but it's very good.

Extremely dirty work station and seating area. The countertop looked like a hurricane hit and was a very unpleasant sight, I did not buy anything because of this but my friend ordered a drink. Workers were too busy talking to each other to give good customer service.

Honestly never write reviews but my experience today was HORRIBLE. Went to the drive through at 9:30 AM ordered my small sweet cream cold brew with two extra pumps of vanilla and cold foam, egg white bites, impossible breakfast sandwich, and bagel with cream cheese. I waited at the window for over 5 minutes. The coffee was wrong AS USUAL they never put the extra pumps of vanilla in and I have to turn around and go back in to correct it. They also gave me a burnt bagel with no cream cheese which was for my manager. I go back in to get my coffee corrected, the employee gives me a huge attitude and asks me in a nasty tone where i put my old WRONG coffee and storms out from behind the register to grab it. Then as i get to work my manager notices theres no cream cheese for his $6 bagel and i call to complain and they ask me if I have the receipt. For forgotten cream cheese?! lmao, but yes i did. Terrible service and attitudes. Unacceptable.
