I’m livid! I haven’t had a subway in so long! I wanted a tuna sandwich. There is NOTHING on this sandwich!!! Even the bacon is soggy. They charge a fortune and there is nothing on it! My husband picked it up for me. Never again!

I ordered 2 grinders for my husband and myself normally they are very good although it has been awhile since we got one.So we figured today we would get grinders the bread was over cooked and stale very hard. Not good at all a total waste of 30

The sandwiches from this shop always turn out to be tasty and impressive looking. The service is fast and helpful advice is given if you wish. They accept the advertising coupons with some restrictions. Easy parking off a street with heavy traffic. Lots of veggies and sandwich add-ons to pick from. Coupons make this a very reasonable lunch or dinner purchase for seniors.

Went there to finish up a night of shopping looking forward to a good grinder, the shop was empty, the clerk was busy on there phones. Got waited on orderderd our dinner, rolls were stall and tough like they been there all day.nothing was sliced in frond of me. The clerk littlery through my sandwich together, got home and the roll was so tough i couldn't eat it.for 20 bucks no way do or will I recommend this subway, maybe other franchises are different but this one is terrible. STAY AWAY. save your money and go home and make your own sandwich.
Subway in Walmart- Didn't have enough money for sons sandwich. Embarrassed we left and I even apologized walking away. Went back and they already threw my son's sandwich and his gift card out and would not pay us back for the giftcard. The manager said they can't because it was to compensate for the sandwich we were short on. But how did they know we weren't going to come back to pay for it? Also I asked the manager how to make a complaint who do I talk to. Never gave me Kareems contact (who is frequent in his torrington subways) info instead just sent me to the website where it's impossible to get ahold of any one.
