Please update your business phone number, called multiple times on different days, and all I get is a dial tone that the phone is disconnected or not in service, won't even ring at all.

FYI: NOT ACCEPTING COUPONS! Disappointed when we were told by the sandwich maker that they are not accepting coupons at this location. This really should be posted to alert customers before ordering. The service was also a bit slow and the foot longs were subpar.

I come here a few times a month and generally it's very good. The employees are quick, clean and helpful. This store doesn't give too much or too little toppings!Parking: Easy parking usually spot available right in front

Terrible customer service. Wanted to speak to someone higher up than the manager on duty. He gave me a website to go to instead of an actual person who is frequently ar both the Torrington stores. Couldn't even give me back my sons gift card that he threw out in the bag with the sandwich I went back for. Yes I me and my son left embarrassed I didn't have enough money on us to pay but atleast save the giftcard and sandwich incase the customer comes back. Then if u do make a mistake and throw the gift card and sandwich out atleast own up to it and repay my sons giftcard back..Anyways no fresh meat being sliced here. Jersey Mike's! U can tell the difference in the quality and freshness
Walked in at 8:45 and was refused service because they were closing. Hopefully you guys can get your hours fixed.

The reason I gave it a 3 is because the female employee was rude. As if we were wasting her time. It's like the younger generation can't smile or greet people. Whatever happened to common courtesy and respect.
