If I could leave a no star review I would, I had placed a online pickup order and when I picked up my food I didn't think nothing of it and went to my car when i got to my car I saw that I was missing a taco that I had already paid for so I went back in to get it. As I proceed to walk in I got a dirty look from the girl at the counter with the red and brown curly hair and as I approached and told her that I was missing a taco she proceeds to yank the bag out of my hand and search through the item I ordered mind you it was only 3 things I got two out of the three. Anyways she goes to the back with additude and tells her coworkers that I was just outside and that I'm just trying to get a free taco out of them and then tosses the poorly thrown together taco because she had an issue with me in the bag. I don't know what was wrong I get having bad days but I came in with the nicest additude and got treated like I did something wrong.

This place has really gone downhill. Waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes…. 3 cars ahead of me. Trying to give my order, I had 4 different people try to take my order…. Kept having me repeat myself…saying we’ll be right with you. The food was lousy and cold and iced tea watered down. It used to be pretty good. Never again. I won’t be back.

Drive-thru worker was unnecessarily rude and slammed the door in our face when asked why it was taking over 25 minutes for 6 tacos. Management gave a fake apology and was mocking us after they handed us our food. Management has been exceedingly poor for years and only gets worse. Owner just wants this place for a cash grab and doesn’t care that their workers just stand around doing nothing but talk.

We waited in the drive through for almost an hour. I finally got to the window and could see the crew taking their sweet time without a care in the world, meanwhile cars behind me are literally blowing their horns because they are in the the drive through from hell and can't escape. This place needs a major overhaul!

Everytime I order from this Taco Bell they always get my orders wrong. There are also long wait times and poor attitudes from staff. While I’m waiting for food at times I’ve notice management belittles their employees for all to hear. This is uncalled for! I’d rather drive to Taco Bell in Canton, 25 minutes out of the way, than this run down one.
Wait in drive thru from when I entered to exited: 45 minutes. How? There were only 6 total cars ahead of me and 3 of those had already ordered.

The wait was too long I waited 36 minutes for 12 tacos and one quesadilla with only two cars in front of me. Also, very disappointing that we paid an extra $9.20 for sour cream on eight tacos and this is what we got definitely not our moneys worth.

every single time i go through this drive thru i am sitting there fir atleast half an hour and that’s not an exaggeration. not to mention they don’t have a lane for people to leave the line when this happens. both times had people honking and yelling in the cars in front and back of me. i don’t know how a fast food restaurant can operate like this, i dont understand how this location isn’t shut down
