Ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard. Got my order and drove all the way home cut the burger in half and realized it had none of the condiments I asked for. Was also supposed to get a free cheeseburger upon signing up on the app and did not receive the 2nd cheeseburger at all. Employee refused to do the first cheeseburger over again. Sadly had to wash and cut my own vegetables. Had to call multiple times to remind them to have the “manager” call me. Never happened. I mean at least do the 1 cheeseburger again and give me what I ordered originally. They just give me excuses each time. Gave them about a month to fix this situation.

This is by far our family's favorite fast food burger place in the area. The people who work here are extremely courteous. On numerous occasions they have gone out of their way to make sure we're happy. Two kids (11 and 7), and two adults we can eat and drink for under fifty bucks and everyone is full. My son gets a four piece tenders, and everyone gets burgers or chicken sandwiches, we split a large fries. At a time when the last sandwich I got at Subway was $16 this is a great deal. Food is hot and delicious.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Staff is always very nice to our kids.

Best burgers in Torrington. Best of best. You can tell it’s freshly made and the fries are amazing. The caramel milkshake has got to be a signature shake. I always doordash and sometimes I like to dine in.
Food is awesome except forgot my mushrooms on the burger but still awesome. Wonderful service. Wasn't as busy for Christmas Day. To bad they had to be open on Christmas Day.
