This location and staff is absolute trash. I love Wendy's...but going here is a nightmare every time. Fast food has become slow food. Always cold and hard burgers/fries/nuggets. Staff is utterly useless. God forbid you customize an order in the app its like they don't know how to read basic things. They get mad if you ask for no ice, forget to take off ingredients that people are allergic to, frosty's have been liquid multiple times. Stay away from here.
Is worst experience from them ever ordered a $10 item wound up paying $4 in tax still can't figure that out have to call the corporate office.. When the delivery came An hour late doordash didn't want to take care of the problem told me to call Wendy's Wendy's Wendy's wound up saying to call doordashBy called Wendy's again and the manager was just awful.. The woman with the dyed red hair at the drive thru is rude. I was told to go to the 1st window to pay but after waiting several minutes no one showed up. I pulled forward and explained to the red head what happened and without saying anything she took my card, rolled her eyes, then walked away. The only reason I didn't comment about the attitude is because there was a nice blonde who handed me my order and was polite.
