Service took forever. Got to the window and the employees are just chit chatting and laughing, no problem if everyone wasn’t sitting outside waiting for food. Never had a wendy’s take so long in all my life

I'm generally a fan of Wendy's among the most common quick serve choices - I love their spicy chicken sandwiches and the burgers are good too. But this location is very mediocre. Fries tend to be cold, sandwiches are sloppily put together.

I order online, prepay, get to the store and am told at drive-through I have to come inside? Maybe mention this when ordering so that we don’t go and sit at the drive-through for no reason? Get home to find that the salad ordered with no chicken is covered in chicken. Thanks for a terrible experience Wendy’s.

I really appreciate the efficient service , quality of food and value . Staff and managers are always attentive and friendly even late at night. You need to consider opening a location in Winsted and/or Avon/Canton vicinity as I drive 15 min out of my way to visit Wendy's.

Disappointing Experience at Wendy's. I recently visited this Wendy's location and was appalled by the lack of food handling hygiene. As I watched, the employee at the register opened the wrapping of each burger I ordered to verify the contents - all while wearing gloves, but also touching numerous other surfaces.
When I politely asked for a refund and expressed my concern about the potential contamination, I was met with a hostile stare.
Needless to say, I left without my food and will think twice before returning to this location. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority! 🤮🤢
Guy working the first window at night will literally shove a receipt at you even when you say you don’t want it since you have a mobile order. Every single time without fail you can say no thanks and he literally will not let you leave without it. If you just drive past with your window up he will practically shove it against your window. As for food, they’re stingy with salad dressing so don’t bother asking for Caesar (idk what the problem is with asking for extra but okay man) and the rest is decent besides them constantly forgetting things you paid for. Get it together Wendy.

I couldn’t understand the gentlemen on headset and usually can interpret broken English pretty well lol. Not a big deal at all. But then I asked for a tray because I had multiple Frosty’s and the woman handing them to me just kept laughing with her coworkers while handing them to me-even though I kept politely asking for a tray. I even waited until she finished laughing and talking with her coworkers and she still ignored me, and then just shut the window. Ok then lol. I’ll try back in 6 months and let you all know how that goes

Food was much better than last time I went, the fries could have been fresher, because when they are they are excellent 👌. Staff was fast and kind. 👍
Food was good. Ordered 4 biggy bags. Didn't know you had to ask for them to be bagged separately. Don't have to do that when you order 4 happy meals. Other than that, ok.
