I'm generally a fan of Wendy's among the most common quick serve choices - I love their spicy chicken sandwiches and the burgers are good too. But this location is very mediocre. Fries tend to be cold, sandwiches are sloppily put together.

I really appreciate the efficient service , quality of food and value . Staff and managers are always attentive and friendly even late at night. You need to consider opening a location in Winsted and/or Avon/Canton vicinity as I drive 15 min out of my way to visit Wendy's.

Guy working the first window at night will literally shove a receipt at you even when you say you don’t want it since you have a mobile order. Every single time without fail you can say no thanks and he literally will not let you leave without it. If you just drive past with your window up he will practically shove it against your window. As for food, they’re stingy with salad dressing so don’t bother asking for Caesar (idk what the problem is with asking for extra but okay...
