I went to the Trumbull location on 4/21/25 at around 1:45pm. I walked in and there was no one at the counter, I assumed they were in the back doing something. I did see a lady in a table in uniform but I did not want to bother her as I thought she might be on break or something since she was on her phone and I hate to be the type of person to bother employees on their breaks. I see this place from the window at my physical therapy and always wanted to try it out. Add I was driving over, I almost thought the place was shut down bc from outside of looks so dark and the parking lot wasn't very full. I don't know how the staff can be so friendly, and accommodating, at six in the morning, but they are fantastic! Whether I'm popping in for a dozen bagels for a family breakfast, or just a sandwich on my way to work, I've never been disappointed! The bagels are made fresh, daily, and there is a great variety of flavors to choose from.
