If I have to watch one more employee pour cow's milk into my cup clearly marked for coconut or soy milk, I'm gonna lose it! I don't order it to be "fancy", dairy makes me sick!!
And that one lady who I assume is the manager is always yelling at the employees in front of customers which I'm sure is embarrassing them and causing poor work morale.
I love Starbucks ! The customer service is great.
