Worst customer service ever. Was there on October 13th 2022 in the morning & the girl employee had such bad attitude talking to me disrespectfuly she made half a cup of coffee when I paid for full cup. As a loyal Mohegan Sun guest this is VERY disappointing.

Always finding chair blocking door lately, attendant no where to be found. As an employee of another business i notice this trend occuring regularly throughout the night, best to grab your coffee from another property before wasting your time here

Long line waiting for coffe. Female server is on cell phone answering texts. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. I frequent this facility often when at Mohegan Sun and service is usually on point. Not today tho'

For being the first attempt at making drinks the guy that helped us did very good.
ALL DUNKIN DONUTS:They changed there hot cups a little while back. BIG MISTAKE because the new ones leak all over your hands, down the sides of the cup. It is so bad that when I get to work I have to pour the coffee in my own tumbler. The cup is so stained by then that it just looks like you are drinking out of a dirty cup. They need to go back to the old ones, these are not satisfactory to your customers.
