Waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes then pulled to the window (thinking there was something wrong with speaker) and was completely ignored, exactly why I stopped going to Dunkin years ago and going back for a coffee reminded me why, waste of time and money

Who runs this shop? Place is filthy. Mat outside sticking up so someone could trip going in or out.Lawsuit waiting to happen. My boyfriend said mens room was dirty with black ring on toilet. Building looking sad. If you don't keep your store safe or clean, I would not dare eat or drink anything from your store. DUNKINS FRANCHISE - CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS FOR THIS STORE. ALL BAD. Went there this morning against my better judgment because my order is always screwed up and they take forever. They were decently busy, but it is what it is. Ordered three wake up wraps, the woman sighed, rolled her eyes, asked if that was it, which it wasn’t, I had a large order. So I told her no, there’s quite a bit more and she huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes again and turned her back to me. Made me feel super uncomfortable so I told her forget it and I drove 50 feet down the road to the other Dunkin’ where they were MUCH nicer. Consistently bad experience every time I go here. Unless you’re ordering a bottle of water just drive down the road to the other Dunkin. They’ll be happy to help without screwing it up or making you feel like an inconvenience

I would give zero stars if I could. Hire better people who can actually do the work. Always closing inside and leaving only the drive thru open while having multiple people working because they can't handle both. Really helpful for people on
