We came there as a party of 24 for a volleyball tournament on a Saturday night. Our server Alex was amazing, she was very attentive and provided excellent service. The manager Billy was also very courteous ensuring our large party had a great experience.

i NEVER leave google reviews because i have worked in food service and recognize how hard food service employees work for us. but i am truly shocked and have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant ever.
today (5/4/25), my boyfriend and i were wrapping up our trip to mohegan sun by visiting this location. upon arrival, we were seated right away in an empty restaurant (just us, no one at the bar or any other table). our waitress was very nice, but we noticed right away that the service was a little bit on the slower side. we had no problem with this initially, and never commented to the server about this. the food was OUTSTANDING and we were both initially impressed. we noticed that a lot of the staff was leaving the restaurant and going towards the arcade area, once again not thinking much of this initially. we didn’t put two and two together until our waitress completely forgot about our table. ANOTHER employee came by and finished our tab. our original waitress finally came by as we were leaving, and i could tell about her face that she forgot about us. once again, we did not complain at this point.
it wasn’t until my boyfriend noticed my waitress, as well as several other employees, literally in a karaoke room, where i’m assuming they were walking back and forth to. at this point, i proceeded to complain civilly to a young female bartender. she IMMEDIATELY became defensive, using obscene language when i was just trying to understand the situation. i instead spoke to the kind gentleman at the hostess table, where he told me that she was indeed on the clock and that it was unprofessional.
i am truly hoping that this was just a bad moment on the waitress’ end. the food was excellent, what a shame it was spoiled with what is the worst experience i’ve ever had at a restaurant.

The booths are raised and connected to one another which results in swaying when ANYONE moves - at your table or the next one. It was nauseating. The service was slow. The food was good.
At the front, we were told 30 min and assumed the empty tables were due to lack of staff. So, we got on the waitlist and played games, but it seemed everyone else kind of argued and they were immediately seated. Even when they called us that the tabke was ready we had another 10 min wait and watched others who were told there was a wait get seated after they pushed back.
Very odd but oh well.

Was very disappointed in game on tonight. We got there before 8pm and were told they were no longer seating tables. The restaurant only had one person at the bar and one table of two with no food or beverage. I asked what time they closed and they said 9 but they stop seating at 8. I said it wasn't 8 yet. The hostess had nothing to offer me but a bunch of I'm sorrys while speaking over me. Although, I've been here in the past and had an enjoyable experience they definitely lost me as a customer. As someone who has worked in customer service and in a restaurant it should concern management that you are turning away customers that far before closing time. Time to retrain the staff or get some new ones.
This is really hard to review because it’s a really cool arcade idea. The food is decent and priced well. The games are over priced, dated, and often broken. If you have audio sensory issues this is NOT the location for you music is way to aloud alone on top of kids playing and the games going.

Terrible. I can’t really find many words to describe it. We walked in on Tuesday, unlimited play time in the arcade for $20. We thought it would be an amazing idea - aparently others thought so also. The place was packed, and we hoped to be put on the waitlist only to be told the waitlist is “full”. Since when can it be full? It especially frustrated me that I looked at the list, and there was only 4 names on it. We were given the option to only get the arcade card, and that seemed like a good idea. Turns out it wasn’t! The arcade was jam-packed, and every machine in the tiny room was being utilized. You had to wait in line to use a game, what a racket! Not to mention I can’t imagine the germs throughout the place - everything was greasy. To add onto the mediocre arcade, there were no prizes. What a rip off and cheap Dave & Busters. You can’t even use the unlimited card on all the games - some were blocked. Unbelievable.
