Not get starred down and treated like we were beneath her and weāre gonna walk a measly 70 tab when we were asked if we wanted a tab and we said yes . Therefore we pay afterwards. So after being starred down from the get go till the very last 20 minutes she bugged me and bugged me non stop till I paid for an open tab so as I hit my breaking point of being miserable I finally pay and threatens security on me being I call out the simple fact that a open tab means I pay afterwards . She says correct and instead of living in reality and apologizing for treating us like this she continued to go on and on till we walk to the cashier and she stops running her mouth ā¦.. go figureā¦.. and the other staff noticed this and said nothing nor asked for what transpired to fix further situations like this to happen ā¦ disappointed on how Game On is run and how the employees are trained.. ME and my family and friends wonāt be coming back . Itās not what it used to be ā¦.. Great place to be disrespected when Karissa is workingā¦

Karissa F stared my friends and I down for 20 minutes all over a tab for bowling that we told her weād pay and followed us around the arcade, then threatened to call security on a paying customer, we were here for a birthday celebration completely ruined the experience and we were told we could pay at the end before we left. I donāt appreciate anything that happened Iām unsatisfied and donāt recommend anyone coming here.

Pleasantly surprised with how well the night went here. I went in with 3.5 star overall expectations for a casino arcade.
If Karissa is your bartender, youāre in good hands. So friendly with great recommendations. We got the cheesesteak eggrolls which came with this spicy ketchup, Karissa put us in the know about trying them with the garlic aioli. Game changer, 10/10 so good with it. They should add the garlic aioli to come with the eggrolls automatically it was a seriousssss game changer.
The DDR in the arcade lets you continue playing even when you suck (my local arcade boots you once you get a low score. The player 1 pad here had a broken front and right arrow though)
The sangria was yum.
The karaoke room was the best karaoke set up Iāve seen, the mics had their own speakers (we used 2 of the 3). Each mic had adjustable sound levels, the music has adjustable background vocals and adjustable tempo and pitch. More song options than my local karaokes (Boston).

We were So Blessed and Fortunate to have the most Amazing Server EVER in Kieghley, she was exceptionally Kind, Patient and Knowledgeable. We were at Game On prior to witnessing the legendary performer Paul Anka who at 83 is still crushing itā¦ We therefore were in a little bit of a hurry, but Kieghley managed to get our entire order right and on-time, and she had a great sense of humor as well. The Manager, Allen was also āOff the Chartsā excellentā¦ Game On is so Lucky to have such an incredible teamā¦. We look forward to returning soonā¦. The bowling and staff service are phenomenal! Unfortunately must of the games we tried to play were broken. Both air hockey tables, the left ski ball game, and the Star wars pinball machine were all either completely unplayable or broken in a way that made it unfair. If they were fixed this place would easily get 5 stars!

We came there as a party of 24 for a volleyball tournament on a Saturday night. Our server Alex was amazing, she was very attentive and provided excellent service. The manager Billy was also very courteous ensuring our large party had a great experience.

i NEVER leave google reviews because i have worked in food service and recognize how hard food service employees work for us. but i am truly shocked and have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant ever.
today (5/4/25), my boyfriend and i were wrapping up our trip to mohegan sun by visiting this location. upon arrival, we were seated right away in an empty restaurant (just us, no one at the bar or any other table). our waitress was very nice, but we noticed right away that the service was a little bit on the slower side. we had no problem with this initially, and never commented to the server about this. the food was OUTSTANDING and we were both initially impressed. we noticed that a lot of the staff was leaving the restaurant and going towards the arcade area, once again not thinking much of this initially. we didnāt put two and two together until our waitress completely forgot about our table. ANOTHER employee came by and finished our tab. our original waitress finally came by as we were leaving, and i could tell about her face that she forgot about us. once again, we did not complain at this point.
it wasnāt until my boyfriend noticed my waitress, as well as several other employees, literally in a karaoke room, where iām assuming they were walking back and forth to. at this point, i proceeded to complain civilly to a young female bartender. she IMMEDIATELY became defensive, using obscene language when i was just trying to understand the situation. i instead spoke to the kind gentleman at the hostess table, where he told me that she was indeed on the clock and that it was unprofessional.
i am truly hoping that this was just a bad moment on the waitressā end. the food was excellent, what a shame it was spoiled with what is the worst experience iāve ever had at a restaurant.

The booths are raised and connected to one another which results in swaying when ANYONE moves - at your table or the next one. It was nauseating. The service was slow. The food was good.
At the front, we were told 30 min and assumed the empty tables were due to lack of staff. So, we got on the waitlist and played games, but it seemed everyone else kind of argued and they were immediately seated. Even when they called us that the tabke was ready we had another 10 min wait and watched others who were told there was a wait get seated after they pushed back.
