Amanda Emanuel works at the pasta Vita in Mohegan sun. She excellent at customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable about portions and a great seller of items I wouldn’t have tried.

We'd heard of Pasta Vita from several people and finally decided to give this place a try when we were in the area, and were not disappointed. They have a staggering number of choices, with everything from chicken dishes and pastas to vegetarian options. The portions are very generous, so you should have leftovers to last you for a while. The service was a bit slow even though they weren't too busy, but the food was worth it.
