Food is ok at best. Cold and overcooked. Staff is super rude. This last time my food got thrown across the counter. For the price you would think it would be at least good. Don't waste your money here!!!!

Very EXPENSIVE, Not great. One star for open late. Stale dried out Gen Tsos chicken. Pan Fried Seafood had 2 shrimp & all veggies- ridiculously priced. Nothing includes rice which is extra- stupid!

everyone who is giving this a terrible review ordered the general tsao or chicken wings, which, if you are used to the garbage Americanized Chinese food that they serve in our country, you're going to be sorely disappointed. The food here is incredible and it doesn't have pounds of sugar in it. if you're looking for an authentic experience, this is the place to go while you're at the casino. yes, it's going to be expensive, but what do you expect? it's food at a casino!! it's not like there's a dollar menu.
get some lau mai gai.

The food is too expensive! We were charged $77 for what amounted to fast food. The woman at the front counter was rude--she barked terse responses to our questions about the menu. And the actual "restaurant" looks like some booths plopped down in a side section of the casino. Avoid.

Took way too long to prepare my food when theres not that many customers. Prices are way to high and quality of food is subpar and very small serving size

Food is usually good.
Service is terrible. The cashiers are short and unnecessarily aggressive.
When I went to retrieve my food, the lady practically threw my bag at me. There's no excuse for that type of treatment.

Fast service, food tastes good, but unfortunately they'll leave bone shards in your meat. Ordered the duck soup and every piece of meat had chunks of chopped bone in it. had to sit there and pull the meat chunks out of the soup in order to clear out the bone. made no sense to do that, ruined a perfectly tasty bowl of soup.

The food is good however it is a little expensive everything I got dumplings and a Coca-Cola bottle came to $26 and the person at the cash register is a typical young kid he doesn't try to help you at all I asked him a few questions he gave me the answers like I don't care or I don't know

Before ordering asked about the portions. Was told one order of soup was enough for two people. Well the soup comes out and it is enough for three to four people. The server should have steered us away from the soup.Next I asked if one entree was enough for two adults and was told we should order two entrees. So we ordered two. The first entree, beef and mixed vegetables, comes out and the portion is huge. Asked if we could cancel the second entree and was told it was too late. The lo mein now comes out and it too is a huge portion. We now how enough food for at least four people and there are only two of us .When I complained I was told the portions are normally small...the chef gave us extra food. Did I believe that...no!!!Get a bill for $75...most of food is left over...they pack for us...going to show and they do not allow us to bring in the leftovers so it goes in the garbage.I feel hostess was dishonest....had us order too much food. Would not recommend and would never give them my business again

Avoid This EstablishmentDo not waste your money dining at this establishment. The food is bland, excessively greasy, and overpriced. Furthermore, the staff displays a poor attitude when asked for basic amenities such as extra plates or forks. Take a look at the receipt for a party of four and you'll understand why I strongly advise against eating here.

The food used to be good here a couple of years ago. Now it is so overpriced and they give you stale foods. The chefs take no pride in cooking. I ordered crispy pork and roast duck a few times and it was cold. I feel like no one is inspecting this place so they’re getting away with it. FYI… Golden Palace restaurant is a 4 minute drive from the casino and it’s pretty darn good.

Lousy over priced overcooked 40 bucks for nothing. That tiny portion of watery dried out general taos was 20 bucks, laughable. It would be a rip off even if it was good. Returned it got congee instead which is decent but not for the price.
