I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, Instagram reels have been catfishing me a lot lately. The food was I hate to say this trash, no flavor, nothing. It definitely was not Puerto Rican food, I guess I went there thinking it was. What a huge disappointment. We had the spicy Margarita that wasn't too bad, and the Pomagrante Margarita was also good. The chicken wings fried with no seasoning at all. The jalapeños queso dip was hard as a rock, dry, and we couldn't dip or even use the spoon, it was so hard and dry. We sat next to a couple they ordered entrees, we saw them took like 3bites and made a face, so I leaned over and asked, can I ask how you like the food, she said girl don't waste your time and money. I said I knew it. I told my friend and we all laughed, I said damn Instagram we all burst out laughing again, they said same for us, they drove almost an hour and they said they didn't enjoy anything but the tea, they had. With that being said, we opt not to order entrees and leave and find ourselves at another restaurant for entrees. I will say the decor is very nice and the service was good, the food was not what we expected it was watered-down wanna be spanish food, not authentic at all, no flavor at all. I like to be very honest, It was also pricey, not that matters to me, the food is what I went for. I don't think I would go back again.

Loved this place, very cool vibe. Loved that they have non-alcoholic spirits so they can make mixed drinks that taste better than just juice. Delicious food, but a little on the pricey side.

I cannot enough amazing things about this place. I’ve lived in the area most of my life and I’ve seen the building transform a couple of times but Puente is awesome. Delicious food, such a cute decor inside and out (love all the plants) and the wait staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. 10 outta 10 would recommend. If you’re hungry in Unionville go to Puente (or George’s, gotta give a shout out to my OG fav).

The food was not what I was expecting. I thought it would be more authentic to Latin cuisine. It was over priced mediocre bar food at best. The martinis were strong, not that enjoyable. We were a table of 3 spending over $50 per person. We will not go back for a second time.

All in all it was a good experience! The drinks were really good- I got a regular margarita and my mom got a coquito cocktail that I actually liked more than mine. The food was good and well portioned but I didn’t love the birria! It was not bad but it wasn’t birria? It seemed like it was just extra short rib meat they shoved into a tortilla and are calling birria bc birria has gained so much popularity. It was like makeshift birria.There were no traditional elements of birria like consume or salsa verde or even onions or cilantro. They did give you Aujus for dipping but it was very plain and not spiced like a traditional birria would be. So, I was disappointed in that (birria is my favorite meal) but otherwise it seems like a great place. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was friendly.

We stopped in for a late lunch. We started with a calamari appetizer: it was tender and very delicious!! We each had the Argentine burger - WOW - very unique flavor with sausage blended into the ground beef. The service was even better than the food: Elijah, our bartender/server, was extremely gracious, knowledgeable, and fun !! We WILL return. This place is a hidden gem !!!!

My wife and I visited on New Years Eve. This was our second visit. What a wonderful gem. The food is fresh! Delicious! Our server (I believe his name was Evan) was friendly and on point. The drinks are fantastic. And...the restrooms are spotless!
We love this spot every single time we dine here. Emanadas are amazing, and my husband's favorite is the carne asada. Great staff. Never a complaint when we visit
Drinks were good, food was lacking flavor. My boyfriend is not hispanic and noticed flavor was lacking, i’m puerto rican and was sad it felt way more american than latin. Arroz con bacon had no flavor besides the bacon, birria was okay but the au jus was thick like barbecue? Loved the atmosphere and would come back for drinks and apps in the summer, just not worth dinner.

Peunte knocks it out of the park on a regular basis. Do yoursefl a favor and don't miss the Papi Chulo plate..... Man oh man...so delicious, and perfect representation of what Chef has to offer here. We were there for the Paella party last night. Shrimp was perfectly cooked, tons of clams and mussels and the rice was perfectly seasoned. So good.....Can't wait to do this again!! Keep up the amazing work guys!
Parking: Don't worry if the lot next to the building is full (as it should be) There is plenty of parking across the street at the package store.

I have been several times in Puente and highly recomment this restaurant. Staff is so accomodating and even if they are super busy, they will always find a table for you. Everyone is so friendly, kind and food just amazing. Lois , the chef is very talented, creative and introducing new items on the menu all the time. Everyone is working so hard to make us happy ! I highly recommend this restaurant and definetely will be back.
