Between Rounds Bakery Sandwich Cafe

It sucks. They don’t even toast their bagels…. We got a bacon egg and cheese and a buttered bagel and they did not toast them, no seasoning was used. Coffee tasted like hot water. Took 25 minutes to get 2 untoasted bagels. 2 flavorless coffees and 2 untoasted bland bagels for $20. This place is awful

I got a bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeno cheddar bagel. What I received was an untoasted bagel with an egg patty, cheese, and one small slice of bacon only on half of my bagel. Skimpy for the price.

24 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. Save yourself a headache, go to Dunkin. Bagels are better at Dunkin anyways.

30 minute wait for 2 sandwiches and they weren’t even that busy. 2 larger orders with higher numbers came out before my 2 simple sandwiches.

My daughter and I had a wonderful lunch at Between Rounds in Vernon. The food was very good and such a variety to choose from. Thank you Mati, Allen, & Lashes for some suggestions on lunch. We will be back soon!

I used to be from around the area and pass through regularly. Never tried Between Rounds before.

When I finally gave you guys a try I was met with excellent service from Lashes, who made some excellent suggestions for a first time customer like me. This awesome young lady's customer service convinced me that your establishment was the place to stop when passing through Vernon.

That won't be happening from now on, when I returned to this establishment I found out that you lost Lashes. Building customer loyalty requires retaining those skilled at Customer Service, first and foremost. A regular greeting is more welcoming than a new face everytime one goes to an establishment. You have lost my business.

Got sliced bagels to go. Always delicious.

Leagues better than Dunkin, the online ordering makes it easy and fast, stopping here and picking up takes about as much time as hitting the drive thru. Interior is clean and staff are friendly. Food is consistent. I really love between rounds veggie cream cheese, I’m not even a “cream cheese person” but it’s super good.

Having ventured into this establishment for the first and, regrettably, the final time, I was immediately assaulted by a cacophony of sound. The din was not merely background noise but an obtrusive clamor, with staff at the counter engaging in raucous exchanges and patrons conversing across the room, heedless of those attempting to dine in peace. Compounding the auditory assault was the disarray of the restaurant’s layout, which seemed to follow no logical design, contributing further to the general sense of chaos. To my dismay, my order was mishandled—a careless mistake that sealed my unfavorable impression. In sum, this place is emphatically not to my taste.
