This Burger King location sets the gold standard. Manager Troy and team members Justin, Brian, and Angel are truly terrific. Every single time I place an order, I’m greeted with genuine enthusiasm and politeness—it never feels rushed or routine. The food is consistently top-notch: extra crispy hash browns, perfectly toasted buns, and burgers that are never soggy. Quality and consistency clearly matter here, and it shows in every detail. Hands down, this is the best and most consistently excellent Burger King I’ve EVER visited in the state of Connecticut. Keep up the amazing work!

Doesn’t tell you when they’re out of anything- they’ll just throw something else in the bag and not tell you about it- missing 4 things I ordered. And this is just one example. I’ll never forget the one time I waited in the drive thru and was ignored for 30 minutes. 2 people looked dead in my eyes and walked away. This spot is not it. 10/10 don’t recommend. TRASH 🗑️ can of an establishment. If it’s franchised the owner should be very embarrassed- if it’s corporate I’ll not surprised if this doesn’t get deleted off the review page. Truly deplorable service for the money spent.

Like others have said, and I’ve even seen people talk about it on Reddit, and social media, this is the best Burger King in Connecticut. It should get some recognition on a statewide level for that. And it’s because the staff here do a really good job, and they’re all happy to be there it seems. When Burger King is good, it’s goooood. The food here tastes so good, it’s always hot, and fresh, and if they screwed up an order it’s because they misunderstood something you ordered. And the staff is always extremely polite, and pleasant.
5 time I said no cheese no pickles 5 times. The whopper doesn’t even come with cheese it s a add on. I get my whopper I get down the street guess what’s on it.
