Waiting in line at the McDonald's to get food because Burger King is supposed to be open and the app took an order and my money (which I'll have refunded in like 4 to 5 days) but for some reasons they are closed.I get it the weather was bad earlier today. But if the store closed for some reason corporate needs to be notified so the app can be updated. Instead it's amateur hour at BK, wasting my time and money.

This stop is a hundred percent worth it probably the best Burger King I have ever been too. Food was fresh and good. Service was beyond amazing polite and on point. Sophie and her crew beyond amazing. Great customer service. Great job honestly didn’t miss a beat!! This rating is well deserved ✨

Unfortunately, not the greatest experience. Immediately upon entering this location, there were flies everywhere and the restroom was in need of attention. I can't give an honest opinion of the food because I decided not to order after seeing the flies. This location appeared to be short staffed so that may be a contributing factor.
If your dining hours say close at 11, then don’t lock the doors at 10:46pm on a Saturday night. Drove across the street for McDonald’s.

I come here all the time so I don't understand this situation. I asked for no tomato on my wrap so I thought they could add in more lettuce to make up for no tomato I was charged for extra lettuce no big deal I asked and the cashier was just like you wanted extra extra lettuce no I wanted enough lettuce to make up for the difference of no tomato I'm paying for the tomatoes that I'm not getting so you can't just add a tad bit more lettuce it's cool I didn't make it a big deal or a inconvenience like she made feel like. It was until I open all the wraps to discover they barely put any lettuce on it that made me write this. Treat y'all's regulars better I come in almost every night for wraps so idk why I was disrespected and PAID FOR EXTRA I DIDNT GET.
