“Five stars for significant improvement on 8/20. Okay so, as the other reviews stated, our first experience here was less than stellar. The chicken we got was so laden with grease a few of us got really upset stomachs from eating it. It seemed like the chicken wasn't put to dry out after coming out of the fryer and went straight into the container, still dripping in fry oil. Additionally, the banana pudding we got, the bananas were completely green and hard. We wanted to try it again since the west hartford location is so good. This time when we got the chicken, it was not dripping in grease at all. The chicken was delicious! I also got the banana pudding again, and the bananas were nice and ripe, very nice pudding.

If you guys read reviews, please please please take heed of mine and multiple others and *let your chicken rest after it comes out of the fryer*. Also, never use green bananas for the pudding. Keep up the good work.“

“The nuggets and fries tasted fresh. The employee was talking to too many customers at the same time over the speaker for the drive thru making it confusing who was being served when. She said she had to finish one car ahead before helping me at the speaker. Possibly short staffed. I thought for 12 dollars the 12 nuggets with fries, biscuit, and medium drink was a good deal.

“This may have been the best service I've ever gotten at a Chick-Fil-A ever, and CFA has great service in general. Jazzmalie brought our order to us in the drive thru line, read through our entire order to make sure they got everything, gave us wet wipes (so thoughtful!), and even grabbed some extra salt packets for us when we asked. Absolutely amazing experience and we appreciated the extra effort and personal touch! Thank you!“

“The chicken was hot, the sauce was spicy, and the tea was sweet. We had to wait a few minutes for fresh fries but the drive thru was still fast. We visited at about 11:15a, which based on these other reviews seems to make a difference on the type of service and quality you'll receive.“
