Woman working counter and ice cream should wash hands after handling money. Ice cream was very thick, paste like, and not as rich in flavor as past years. A bit disappointed.

If a customer order a milkshake & an ice cream especially in a cone, why in earth would you make a cone first then proceed to make the milkshake and it was 90 degrees. 2. Why did I have to wait while other customers didn't have to wait for their ice cream. I read another comment about that different treatment. Never again!

What is heck?. Why would u make up my cone ice cream, hand it to me then process to make my milkshake? Customer service is lacking. And it is pricey. This was not my first time here but I can say with confidence it will be my last visit.

If you are a Black person, think twice before spending your money at ConeHeads Creamery. My mom, niece (5 yr old), and I ordered and waited in the sitting area to be called. They served everyone else behind us in line. It was obvious to the point where someone who was in line behind us made a comment about how he served before us. I don't know if it was intentional, and to be honest, I don't care. Please be cautious before you spend your coins.

Cute place to get ice cream with the kids. Enough place for them to run around or sit. Service was prompt and quantity sufficient. The flavors however did not land for me. We tried the vanilla soft serve and fruit punch Italian ice and both tasted subpar. May have been an off day, might try again.
