I love the #9 steak. Vernon is the best. Quick clean and friendly. And the food. Amazing. I drove to Vernon from work in Storrs to get my Friday night take out, then drove to Columbia where I live. Not disappointed. Thank you.

I ordered a turkey Club and a ham, bacon, cheese sandwich and both came without bacon. I took it back to the counter and the guy said I didn't order bacon. I said, I did but no matter ,I would be glad to pay for the difference. He promptly put two cold pieces of bacon on each sandwich and then proceeded to toss the plates on to the table for us. I will never be back here again.Update 08/18/19 Well I have gone back and the management has changed staff now and I now rate 4...
