Really disappointed in management here I think they should properly train these kids. I had put in an order on the app but accidentally put in the wrong pickup time, so I immediately called and explained the situation to whoever answered the phone. They asked my name and proceeded to shuffle the phone around (no hold or anything, just background noise) and then a different voice came over the phone and said my food had already been made. I had placed the order on the app less than 2min prior, the only time in between was me dialing the phone to call. I was given a wise-ass remark when I asked if he was sure because it had been less than 5min and he said “yeah we’re fast” ……rude and unprofessional. So I picked up an hour old cold pizza.

Constantly order food from here and it’s always hot & ready promptly. Every time I go inside to pick it up everyone is happy and gives me a greeting when I come thru the door. Despite the other reviews left here, my food is always consistent and made to order. Thanks Vernon dominos!

No, lie I haven't been 2 a Domino's in yrs. I tried their buffalo chicken pizza & I was amazed with it. BANGGIN, serv was amazin too. They were soo dang fast pass up in here. I personally, wnt 2 the one in Vernon Ct. Stuffed crust pizza was great as well. I be bacl my fam likes their food too. Thank y'all 💕 🙏

$7.60 delivery fee for people that live less than 2 miles away? So you’re basically pick-up only for Ellington residents. What an awesome way to alienate local customers. Have always enjoyed your pizza and wings, but my car is in the shop and that’s an absurd fee setup.
If you’re going to increase your fees, step up your game and scale based on delivery distance and number of active orders in that area. It’s not that hard to set up a dynamic pricing system.

I would love to give them 5 stars but they almost always skimp out on my toppings. This is the fifth time I’ve ordered EXTRA mushrooms on my pizza and they never put enough. Last time I even called and asked “Hey can you please put extra mushrooms on my pizza you guys never put enough” and he said “No we have a set portion.” But when I walked in there to pick my pizza up I didn’t see any “portion spoons” just buckets with toppings. Which leads me to believe they measure with their hearts. So I think that guy just didn’t want to give me extra mushrooms. I ordered today and LOOK at this. Does this even look like extra mushrooms to anyone? This BARELY looks like a normal amount of mushrooms. Besides the skimping out the food is fine. Please just do better with toppings.
