First time i've ever been to this location and it was terrific. I have a slightly complicated order and they got it right from the start without complaining, It was amazing and very refreshing
I did not have anybody talk back or complain or talk under their breatj or any other numbers of things that i've experienced in other locations.
Parking: Plenty of parking though it wasn't busy when I was here
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot and front door are all at ground level

Stopped for drinks and a few donuts. My hot coffee had spoiled cream and had to ask for a new one. They got 2 of the other 3 drinks wrong and the apple spice donut (my fav) was dry and a bit stale. Poor example of a DD.

I only go through the drive-thru in the morning at this Dunkin, but it’s a well-oiled machine whenever I go. Very quick, friendly people, great service. Leaving this review because the guy at the drive-thru noticed my coffee leaked around the edge of the lid and he carefully wiped the lid with a napkin before handing it to me. I appreciate the little things!

I was that out of Towner, needing their first cup of coffee to start their (early) day. It was a joyful event - but needing that first cup, the employees smiling faces and got the order as I wanted, this was a great 'lit of town' Dunkin experience!!

It's 702pm at may 7th 2024 and I go through he drive through and she tells me she'll be with me in a bit then leaves me there and there was literally no one here maybe one customer inside idk
I walked in with three children, to this day I never received a refund. We were sited inside. Ordered 6 orders of hash browns, and other things. Waited 5min, 10 minutes , 35 minutes, nothing, asked for refund because the food isn’t cooked fresh, it shouldn’t take that long, takes less than two minutes to get it ready, the worker refused and had an attitude , asked the manager she couldn’t deal with us, one of the workers hide herself in the bathroom, I simply left. Not enough staff, no food, no refund. I regret going to a place Im not familiar holding an hungry autistic child and not eating for another hour until we got back home. Worst place ever.

Worst customer service . Was getting a coffee before work and was treated rudely by a manager on shift who said clearly she wouldn’t be taking my order because “she’s done” to not only have another employee say the same thing . You shouldn’t be on the floor if you are off the clock and not helping your customers . Will not be returning.
