A simple clarification would’ve been fine, but the way it was handled made the experience unpleasant.

Worst dunkin that me and my friends went to the staff was arguing when they made a bad coffee bad listening in drive thru I said something else and she gave me something else and if they gave me something else at least make it good and service just don’t get me on the arguing and atmosphere smells weird

You would think I drank half the caramel craze latte but no this is the 2nd time I got it like this. This latte is $5. Do better....stop ripping off your customers!
First time i've ever been to this location and it was terrific. I have a slightly complicated order and they got it right from the start without complaining, It was amazing and very refreshing
I did not have anybody talk back or complain or talk under their breatj or any other numbers of things that i've experienced in other locations.
Parking: Plenty of parking though it wasn't busy when I was here

Stopped for drinks and a few donuts. My hot coffee had spoiled cream and had to ask for a new one. They got 2 of the other 3 drinks wrong and the apple spice donut (my fav) was dry and a bit stale. Poor example of a DD.

I only go through the drive-thru in the morning at this Dunkin, but it’s a well-oiled machine whenever I go. Very quick, friendly people, great service. Leaving this review because the guy at the drive-thru noticed my coffee leaked around the edge of the lid and he carefully wiped the lid with a napkin before handing it to me. I appreciate the little things!
