Absolute freaking ZERO.
I ordered TWO pairs of bagel minis. The lady working there was in a miserable mood openly and gave me just ONE pair of bagel minis... They didn't even seem cooked. I had to reheat them at home because they were cold, and I live fairly close. Literally wasted my money! I would have asked for a refund or to give it but I wasn't feeling well and didn't check until I went to eat it at home. Don't waste your time at this absolute garbage Dunkin'. You're better off going to the other two Dunkin' locations nearby.

I've gone to this place a couple of times and each time the experience was not great. Last time I went in to order and had to wait in line for more than 10-15 minutes. I was the first person in line...This time I did the drive thru and asked for less ice...but still received a lot of ice...

This the worst Dunkin’ location ever I went there on 07/26 morning at 9 am I ask for two beagle toasted when I left I have to go to work start eating found out they not toasted I went back and told them what’s going on and they gave a different one seem thing not toasted I’m not going back ever ever again

Stopped by here for the first time in many years. Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese toasted and a glazed cruller. The bagel was fairly undercooked and small. They didn't manage to toast it despite putting it through the toaster. The cream cheese is very bland without any tanginess. They ended up giving me the wrong donut. They gave me a French cruller instead of a glazed cruller. The donut was ok, but tasted much more bland the the old French crullers did. Not as eggy as it should have been. The employees were friendly, though.
The most bitter espresso i have ever tasted in my life, why did it burn my eyes and nose with an unusual aroma to the point i couldn’t ingest it? These beans Used for espresso are really excellent at absorbing Odors around them, so it is possible to pick up scents from other foods at times, reasonably understood…therefore the few times In the past I received funky shots here and there with an expected aroma it Wasn’t all that bothersome BUT THIS TODAY smelled as if it was soy sauce mixed with Clorox, Absolutely disgusting to say the least, My coffee was OK. I say OK because it tasted more like hot water than it did like coffee, I’m not sure If the level of care at this location is the same level as others locally but the quality overall…I’d say disappointed is an understatement… How could it differ so much? It’s like night and day between this location and others
