This is always my favorite Dunkin’. Iced coffee is always on point. Yesterday (Sunday) there was a really long drive through line and i didn’t have to wait longer than five minutes from the back of the line to driving away. They’re also always so cheery. Best Dunkin’ in the area for sure!

This place is normally on their A game. Lately however my hash browns don’t make it to the bag even when it’s placed in the ready to pick up section. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s frustrating, some of us don’t have time to go back and ask. We entrust that what we paid for is in the bag.

This dunkin has the best consistency. I’ve been to a couple Dunkin’s and usually there will be good days and bad days, but every time I go here it is always good. Thank you morning crew !
This is my go to Dunkin’ Donuts, as I never have a problem with service or my order, but my biggest complaint in issue would be the parking. The parking in front of the building when you pull in by Domino’s should be eliminated because when it gets busy, it is impossible to get out of those parking spots or use them. That area should be for drive-through line only and everybody else can use the parking in the back. It’s only a matter of time before somebody gets into an accident backing out accidentally into the drive-through line.

It took seven people to complete my brkfast order. Are you for real? I guess there is no unemployment problem here. More training should be put in place. P.S. Drive thru customers are NOT more important than shop customers. I was ignored for too long last week. Pls improve service at Route 83 Rockville store.
