This dunkin is probably the most inconsistent dunkin on the planet go here every morning order a iced tea w sugar and get home and i got a iced black coffee cant follow simple instructions....... They can never get your order right. Or your coffee right. Or even your iced tea right. Stop serving people raw inedible hashbrowns. Forgetting people's donuts save your time and go to a different dunkin waste of money waste of time

I've been living in vernon for about 5 months now. I used to come to this location every morning. The manager and her twin sister are extremely rude. They both have a nasty attitude. I really dont want to play the race card BUT them two make it hard . I dont see them act the way they act with me with anyone else. Apparently her son works there too, and he's as rude as they are. The other staff there are great. It's not the workers its management that is TERRIBLE! Best coffee in vernon is the dunkin' donuts on windsor ave! They always get it right. They don't favor the window instead of walk-ins. Fast service, EVERYBODY is nice! And you don't have people that hate their job, taking their frustration out on you. We as the customers just want our coffee and done correctly. We don't care if you hate your job or your life!

I had to go to class and didn’t have enough time to eat because they have a no food policy. When I got out of class, I opened my Dunkin bag and realized it was the wrong thing. Came back to Dunkin to see if they would remake it for me. Shoutout Christina for doing just that. She was super friendly and understanding. They also got my food out quickly, and it was delicious.

I’ve been staying in Connecticut for a week, and like clockwork, I always get my Dunkin’. But this particular location was truly a pleasure to visit. The drive-thru experience was above and beyond, thanks to one of the workers I believe his name was Victor. he was super friendly and welcoming, and by day three, he had already memorized my order and he greeted me with, “Here for the regular?” and honestly, that made me feel kind of special. It’s the little things like that that turn a routine coffee run into something memorable. All in all, a great experience and almost makes me want to stay in CT a little longer!
I really like this Dunkin. Not long of a wait, very convenient spot, and very good food. Highly recommend.

I sat at a closed window for almost 10 minutes for just hash-browns. I waited so long, that an entire line formed behind me before I was even acknowledged at the window. This isn’t the first time this has happened but I’ve kept from posting a review about this for a while. This time was the last straw for me. I just wish the employees on the afternoon/weekend shift were trained as well as the early morning crew because they actually do their job.
