I went through the drive-thru this morning and the lady at the window was unbelievably rude to me. They messed up my order and I kindly told them and I yelled at in response. Completely disrespectful and unexceptable.

Cleanest Dunkin I've ever been to. I'm driving from Philly to Boston and my dog threw up on my skirt in the car. The bathroom was sparkly clean, freshly mopped, and my drink was ready by the time I finished cleaning up my clothes lol

I understand that "no ice" might not mean it's filled to the brim, but I didn't expect to receive just half a drink. I've ordered md matcha latte without ice before, and they've always been more generous at other stores.
