I confess to liking a DD that gives more priority to walk in customers. They do have a drive thru though. Nice staff and very quick service. Probably switch to this one as opposed to the other Tolland location by 84.

Says open person working ignotes you at 4:20 am even though say there open. Look right at ne and walked away.That's what I call ignorant and poor customer serviceGoof Luck to owner for having employees likethay.

I go six days out of the week & I wanna say 3 days out of the six that my coffee is incorrect. It’s always either to lite. Not enough of the syrup. Or coffee tastes bad. It is super frustrating to have to go thru the drive thru again or go inside to get it fixed all the time. I do have to say , most of the employees are always very nice about it tho . None of them are angry or additudy, so that makes it a little better I guess ??♀️ ( hoping myCoffee will be on point today lol) ?

They always seem to forget something. We had a mobile order and picked up through the drive through, discovered the munchkins were missing so my boyfriend went in to get them. the person at the register was horribly rude. He couldn’t even finish what he was saying before she ordered him to go over to the pick up area. After waiting a bit, finally someone got the missing items. On top of that, one of the munchkins and a breakfast sandwich had the same short, thin black hair on it. Someone needs to start wearing a hairnet around the food ?
