I had lunch at Vernon Friendly’s The food was good and the waitress was friendly. She did a great job. I did notice that it took some time to get the food. But the service was great and I will definitely be going there to have lunch there again.

tonight we ordered two sundaes and we waited about 20 minutes for service, They were customers in front of us who got their ice cream fairly quickly. There were two managers on the floor however, the person who are making sundaes took long and the manager us waiting to be served. It shouldn’t have taken so long to make two sundaes. I would not recommend Family and friends to come back Especially in a to go setting.

The French toast was so cold that butter will not melt . .. kitchen staff here at this Friendly’s restaurant 103 talcottville rd Vernon Ct , needs to be retrained. With this type of service Friendly’s Restaurants are going downhill .This restaurant serves awful breakfast . The manager here at this Friendly’s Restaurant needs to be gone .It is disgusting .🤮

We had Victoria tonight and she was amazing. The moment we walked in everyone was very friendly. We were in the area from an hour away and got excited to actually see a friendlys so I am very happy we stopped in. Onion rings here are honestly my favorite.
