The A/C was broken (during a heatwave), felt they should have put a sign up about that so customers would be fully informed. We did not know and were not told until we had been seated and asked why it was so hot. That was a negative, and the service was rather slow, although it wasn’t busy. We had to ask where our milkshake was since it didn’t come out with the rest of the food. But once it arrived, it was good, as was the burger and fries. I’m very glad that this Friendly’s is still open as many locations have closed. I hope it stays around and encourage everyone to pay a visit, maybe just not during a heatwave if the ac is broken.

Henry the manager was super friendly and attentive our server was Veronica and she was super sweet and the cook Aidan did a great job with our complicated order and cooked it perfect.Awesome family environment and will definitely recommend!!!

Had an amazing breakfast at Friendly’s this morning! 🍳☕ Everything was absolutely delicious! nothing beats starting the day with a full, tasty meal and great vibes. My daughter got to try the Shark in Waters drink and she LOVED it 🦈💙😍 Definitely a fun and tasty treat for the kiddos! Always a great experience here! can’t wait to come back! Jessi was an amazing server!

Went on a Saturday night around 9:30 - the takeout/pickup/ice cream counter/area was slammed. Regardless, food was delicious, hot, ¬ a thing was wrong or missing. The man who helped me even had our ice creams in her freezer to keep them from melting! Wish I had gotten his name - in my opinion - he was keeping things from falling apart. He was great at navigating the rush both with employees and customers. What a gem of a worker!
