I come here often to pick up food on behalf of DoorDash and Uber Eats customers. The staff are friendly and kind every single time, and they always give their best effort towards making sure orders are ready to go quickly and accurately. This is one of the best spots in Vernon to order delivery from.

Wait staff fantastic! Great service. We have never been disappointed. Today (11/10/25) had Mary as wait staff. Very nice, accommodating and great experience as always. 11/17/25- we try to visit at least once a week. Had Cathy as waitress today. My new favorite is the veggie omelette. We are very happy to have a Friendly’s ear us.
12/1/25- Had Mary today. After 40 years, she will be retiring. Will miss her- all the staff is fantastic. 12/5- Henry the manager was helping wait staff as only one was in as the other called out. Everything was delicious as usual. 12/6- Decided to do dinner. I had the BLT and instead of fries, had tomato soup and my husband had the turkey club. I even got a small sundae as it was dessert based on my order. Restaurant was crowded with families. Everything delicious.
12/22- breakfast- everything and everyone was great. I had omelette and Bob big breakfast.

Great service from our Friendly’s server— Jessilee, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Everything was timely and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
The A/C was broken (during a heatwave), felt they should have put a sign up about that so customers would be fully informed. We did not know and were not told until we had been seated and asked why it was so hot. That was a negative, and the service was rather slow, although it wasn’t busy. We had to ask where our milkshake was since it didn’t come out with the rest of the food. But once it arrived, it was good, as was the burger and fries. I’m very glad that this Friendly’s is still open as many locations have closed. I hope it stays around and encourage everyone to pay a visit, maybe just not during a heatwave if the ac is broken.
