If you're going to make your walk-in customers wait north of 15 minutes while filling orders for food delivery services I (we) will walk out. There's no reason why the couple and I needed to patiently why you casually filled other orders in front of our face. I've been a long time customer but I believe this is the end of the road for my business going forward. Unfortunately the food has become mediocre, prices are higher and customer service his most definitely not a priority.

We had Jamaican kitchen cater a party this weekend. For over 35 guests! It was a pirate themed party so we wanted to have Jamaican food to go with our theme. The food was fantastic. We had more than enough food to go around and the people at Jamaican kitchen were so helpful in making our party a great success! Special thanks to Lisa for her patience and kindness working with us! I highly recommend Jamaican kitchen! Their food is awesome and their people are just as awesome!!!!

I'm from NYC and beef patties are every where except here in CT. After discovering JK, I love this place and come here every two weeks. Delicious spicy patties, jerk pork and jerk chicken dishes. Of course their Jamaican Kolas are awesome to wash down their patties with coco bread. Nice people, personable and very friendly.

Disappointed went by there to get Jerk chicken dinner after coming back from Boston and got home to eat dinner chicken wasn't done not one of the 3 pieces chicken was pink inside I threw the dinner out in the garbage not going back there!!! SMFH!

my friend and I tried for the second time to order food here. Service was terrible, we were ignored twice for customers behind us before one of the three behind the counter asked what we wanted. my friend ordered sweet and sour tofu and was given a pitiful portion. I ordered a half pound of curry goat and was given a box full of mostly bones. never going to this restaurant again.
