Tried the curry goat, oxtail, beef patties, and fried carrot dumplings. The goat and oxtail were both tender and had great flavor, the rice and peas were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The beef patties had nice flavor and flaky crust. The dumplings are SUPER dense in a good way, slightly sweet, and a little crispy on the outside. All really delicious and good pricing too.
I have read wonderful information about curry and wanted to try it. I ordered curry chicken and I liked it very much. The chicken was tender and delicious and the rice was nicely seasoned.The cabbage it came with was a nice treat. I I would order this again. I think the people at Jamaican Kitchen did a great job. I didn't go inside so I didn't rate the atmosphere.
Very good Jamaican food. The price and portions are much better compared to other places. The oxtail could definitely be a little more tender.
