Terrible! Ordered two sandwich combo boxes with fries and Mac and cheese . The sandwiches were more crunch than chicken. There was barely to no chicken at all . Too hard , even if it's crispy i couldn't bite into the sandwiches. The amount of fries was ridiculous 🙄 considering I payed $21 for everything. They also forgot the sauces . I wasn't able to finish my meal as there was NO chicken on the chicken sandwiches. Disgusting

$12.75 for three shriveled tenders that taste like week old grease and a small fry. I can’t wrap my head around that price. Definitely learned my lesson and will go to the million other chicken places within 5 minutes of this KFC. I can’t imagine this one will last much longer.

First off when you buy a 30$ bucket deal meal your supposed to get 8 chicken and 12 chicken strips with three sides and i paid 36$ for 6 chicken and 6 tenders and two sides is complete BS DONT GO THERE THEY RIP YOU OFF Keep away from the Vernon KFC go somewhere else we're you're food isn't cold and they don't give you exactly what's advertised

Employees take their sweet time and don’t care how long you are waiting, they are rude, especially if you are a delivery person. Their food sits there all day even when it’s old and stale. Their parking lot is an absolute mess, be careful pulling in because there is a massive pothole that is very hard to notice that WILL pop your tire or at the very least put a bubble in your sidewall. Resturaunt cleanliness is a hit or miss, sometimes it’s clean, sometimes it is an ABSOLUTE MESS. The only decent thing about this resturaunt is that there is almost nobody here because nobody ever wants to eat here. Take your money somewhere else. The parking lot seriously nearly DESTROYED my tire when i was pulling in it felt like i hit a damn wall.

Poor service, offered nothing to correct their mistake and still charged me for the whole order. I would recommend never using their app which is the only way to get good deals. Unfortunately they will not comp or refund you on something you paid for. They will instead point you to the app. French fries were very cold on pickup. Box of food was side ways in the bag. Overall terrible service, whoever answered the phone also hung up on me, very rude.

Went through the drive-thru Halloween night, they asked what we wanted, told them the first item, and then the person says hold on. She then comes outside to the car behind us in the drive-thru and they start talking and screaming out profanities. 5-7 minutes later she goes back inside and has us start our order over. After we said the first item she responds with "Is that all?". No, we tell the next item, "Is that it?". Again, no. This continues for every item. We were ordering for the family. About six times she responded with "Is that it?". Obnoxious. Finally got to the window and paid. We're told to pull forward and our food will be brought out to us. Sat there about 15 minutes. Overall, about a 25 minute stop for fast food. There were no cars in front of us, it wasn't busy. And get this, when we got home, we were missing two side orders. KFC can have some good food, but I do not recommend going to this particular location.

It's your typical KFC, not a bad review. But once you've been 21, you've been to a mall.They're not like they used to be but definitely a good place to eat
