I come here often, and I don’t know what happened today, but the fries were cold and stale. The Big Mac was cold. The nuggets were cold. Only the mcchickens were hot. The sandwiches were half wrapped. Fries were dumped all over the bag. This is not how they normally are. Fix whatever ya changed, please.

Went to drive thru during somewhat busy time. Sat in Lane 1 while they proceeded to take THREE orders in Lane 2. They obviously don’t understand how the concept of a Y configuration works. They’re supposed to alternate between lanes or have two order takers. I drove off and gave BK my business.

I pulled through the driveway like usual, and the initial employees were fairly nice. It was pretty busy, so I can understand how they may have been stressed. On the other hand, what I assume to be the manager, an older white woman, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I pulled to the pick up for my order, and we received a happy meal and coke, when we ordered a mcflurry and a burger meal. I went through the drive through a second time to make them aware of this, that they may have given me someone else’s order, and was eventually “greeted” by this older woman. Answering me, she continued to say that she doesn’t understand how I get my meal mixed up with someone else’s, as if it was my fault they gave me the wrong order? She angrily asked for the happy meal back in addition, and slammed the window in my face. The worst customer service I have experienced ever. In addition, after she gave me my correct order, she still forgot the McFlurry, lol.

Guys. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and it gets delivered and to my surprise no burger patty! Thats fake new. Why do you play hungry people like that. It even had the cheese and condiments. Wth!

Went to the drive-through today to get the buy one get one for a dollar when I told them the sauce I said gold sauce I got to the second window and the woman said it was $.29 for them. I explained to her that the person at the first window I told to give me that so she came back and said she did not have a container with a very bad attitude. I explained to her again that I wanted the sauce that I was promise and she finally came back with the sauce, but was extremely rude. Do not recommend this place because of her.

Needed breakfast for the last day of our road trip and went with good ole trusty McDonald's. Hard to beat the Egg McMuffin and coffee, both pretty tasty. Enjoyed seeing this old school McDonald's sign out front.

This was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The employees were just standing around talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. I waited over 20 minutes for a basic order while watching the staff joke around and completely ignore the growing line of customers. It was clear they had no sense of urgency and didn’t care about customer service at all. Nobody acknowledged the delay, apologized, or even tried to move faster. It honestly felt like the customers were just an inconvenience to them. If you’re going to work in fast food, the bare minimum is actually doing the work — not chatting while orders pile up and people wait endlessly.
Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid it too.

Great breakfast. Coffee has been consistent and tasty. Quick service. They also do a great job with the bacon and it's almost always crispy. The McCrispy stuff is also typically crispy from this location, unlike the Ellington one where it's often soggy.
