Mens bathroom soap hasn't been working in like a year..now they got a container on the sink. Owner needs to stop being cheap and replace it..
Two minute later update My son slip and fell and thought it was being clumsy until I slipped and almost did the splits because the floor was slippery and both signs were far away from the fountain machine

I ordered 3 sauces for my menu: sweet and sour, honey mustard, and ranch. When I received my order, I saw that there was only one sweet and sour sauce. I asked the employee to add the sauces I was going to eat, and he gave them to me. When the manager saw that he was giving me sauces, she said rudely that she had already given me one and that I had to pay for the rest of the sauces. To which I replied that I had ordered in the system, so it was the price that was written there, and I said that I was ready to pay. I also told her that other McDonald's restaurants have a price and I'm fine paying for my sauces. She waved her hand and said okay. So who was I supposed to pay if they were free in the system? The service is horrible, we will not come back here again. Because this is not respect for customers.

Person working the counter was miserable. Also there’s a sign in customer view about employees aren’t allowed on the floor until their shift starts. If you’re the manager/owner just make that a rule. There doesn’t need to be a sign for your customer to also read. Makes me think you’re an asshole.

They have trouble figuring out what “no sauce” on a burger means.
If you want McDonald’s, avoid this location. Two bad experiences is two more than I should have had. The general manager of this location needs to be fired. She is rude and unbelievably unprofessional. For somebody who is supposed to be able to react with the public on a daily basis and provide them a service she should be embarrassed at how she treats their customers. Let alone hearing how rude she is to her employees behind the counter. You would think the manager would want her customers to be happy and to appease them if they had a problem, but two times already I had an issue with my order and she would not work with me in anyway and was extremely rude while dealing with me. If anybody from corporate is reading this review, I highly suggest you reassess your team at this location.

The personal are incredible especially Medium and the manager. Three couples meet there every Monday at 10am. We've been doing this for many years. We tried a different place once. We were back at our McDonald's since!
