This was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. The employees were just standing around talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. I waited over 20 minutes for a basic order while watching the staff joke around and completely ignore the growing line of customers. It was clear they had no sense of urgency and didn’t care about customer service at all.
Nobody acknowledged the delay, apologized, or even tried to move faster. It honestly felt like the customers were just an inconvenience to them. If you’re going to work in fast food, the bare minimum is actually doing the work — not chatting while orders pile up and people wait endlessly.
Absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d strongly recommend others avoid it too.

Great breakfast. Coffee has been consistent and tasty. Quick service. They also do a great job with the bacon and it's almost always crispy. The McCrispy stuff is also typically crispy from this location, unlike the Ellington one where it's often soggy.

Want to drive through, 16 year old kid, I'm guessing, got my order wrong proceeded to tell me it was somebody else's fault, then took about 15 to 20 minutes to get it 'correct' which it still quite wasn't but I was too tired and frustrated to wait any longer.

Employees were gossiping in the kitchen. 3 of the 4 order kiosks were broken. Food was cold. When we asked for our order remade it came back beyond salty, i could not finish my sandwich. There was a layer of salt on my burgers. When i bit into them it was like sea water. The fries were hard and not chewable. Iced Tea was good! Picture is of a sandwich that touched the salty one
Morning staff is not super efficient. I asked for two hash browns with one sausage and cheese biscuit sandwich. I got no hash browns and two sausage and cheese mcmuffin sandwiches— even AFTER correcting the lady who took my order at the window. I had pulled up to the window, she said “doordasher’s name?” I said no, she said “oh you had the two sandwiches” to which I corrected, “No, I had two hash browns and one sandwich.” She nodded her head, proceeded with payment, then gave me the wrong order. She has consistently input my order wrong in the mornings. Today was just the wrong day so I decided to leave a review. I’m also pretty sure she is the morning manager? She’s always in a different color shirt than the rest of the staff.
Afternoon/night staff is always great and I’ll continue to go for the evenings and afternoons but not anymore in the mornings.

Ordered just a large lemonade. That's it. A large lemonade. 15 minutes after I ordered it, it wasn't even out yet. Gave up on the lemonade as I have stuff to do. Ridiculous. Will not be back to this McDonalds.
