I frequent this McDonald’s often because my son loves McDonald’s and it’s minutes away from our house. Anytime I have an issue with my order and bring it to the PIC there is always smart comments made, lack of professionalism. It makes me regret going. I placed an order. Went to pick it up. The fries were cold. The PIC argued that it was made 20m ago as she pointed to the time on the ticket. I was in the parking lot when I placed the order. I’ve worked in fast food long enough to know that time was the time my order came through and not when it was actually made. It’s a hit or miss on whether you will get hot fresh fries. My fries were replaced. But they were thrown in the bag. A good portion of them were at the bottom of the bag.

Good food for a fast food place but nothing really stands out from others. The customer service is kind of crappy rude staff I've dealt with. There is one white older guy that always runs drivethru payments and he is so sweet and nice.

While visiting my facilities and employees in the Hartford, CT area, I wanted to buy the $5.00 McDouble Meal Deal at the 74 Reservoir Rd, Vernon, CT. McDonalds as it is shown on their website and available across the Country at every other McDonald’s. THIS MCDONALD’s OWNER, however, has decided to charge $6.00 for these meals and only allow the chicken sandwich for the $5.00 price. Pure greed apparently drives his decisions and he decided to charge additional for the McDouble Meal Deal so he gets more of your hard earned cash than morally priced McDonald’s restaurants elsewhere. Both I and my employees patronize McDonald’s restaurants for breakfast, lunch and, sometimes, dinner. We have a very liberal food reimbursement policy whereas we reimburse all employee food costs during the work day regardless of time, distance from home, quantity or cost. Our employees seldom abuse the perk and McDonald’s historically been one of their favorite fast food choices. Effective immediately, all of our employees have been notified we will no longer reimburse for ANY McDonald’s charges. We strongly suggest they make all purchase from other facilities. We suggest other current McDonald’s patrons evaluate the value of their purchases from such establishments as this and make whatever decisions they deem appropriate.

Excellent. One of the best fast food experiences I have had in a long time. They moved the drive-through line quickly, were clear and responsive with ordering, and the food was good and ready fast. Give everyone working here a raise.
