Cheeseburger came with its paper opened touching receipt and everything in the bag. Asked the manager a new one
he laughed at my face and said that nothing is wrong and thats is how they do the burgers!
More team members came and start making jokes! Thats the worst mc donalds ive ever been

We keep running into an extremely annoying issue where we place an online order, drive all the way to the damn place, then they say they're closed until breakfast. We've brought this up during a time when we were able to pick up an order at night and were told it's 24/7 and shouldn't be closed like this. Unsure if it's an employee closing up when they shouldn't or what the case is but we shouldn't be allowed to place an order if they can't serve any food. The fact this has happened multiple times is uncool and we're done trying. Love McDonald's but it isn't worth the hassle, wasted gas, and wasted time we could have spent finding another food option.

I'm writing to express my absolute frustration with the staff at your McDonald's located at 74 Reservoir Road in Vernon, CT. My recent visit was an embarrassing display of how poorly a customer can be treated over something as simple as a drink.

I used the McDonald's app, pulled up my code, and your worker accepted it. Then, your system experienced an error, and instead of honoring the promotion or having a manager override it (as any competent team would), I was told they wouldn't continue doing so because it was clearly an app issue. As if I, the customer, were somehow responsible for McDonald's digital failures.

Let me be very clear:
If your corporation pushes an app, encourages its use, and runs promotions through it, then it is absolutely your responsibility to make sure your stores honor it, not mine to suffer because your staff can't be bothered to help.

The worker I dealt with was dismissive, unprofessional, and made it abundantly obvious she had zero interest in resolving anything. She essentially told me they wouldn't get their money if they honored the code, which is not only inappropriate to say to a customer, but also completely absurd. Your internal reimbursement process is not my problem, and I shouldn't be punished for using your official, up-to-date app exactly as intended.

I left without the drink I came for and with the impression that this location simply does not care about customer experience, consistency, or basic problem-solving. If this is the standard you're comfortable with, it's embarrassing.

I expect this incident to be addressed, and I genuinely hope the staff receives training on how to actually assist customers instead of pushing them out the door over an issue that was entirely on your end.

You guys are never open when we show up. Driving 15 minutes when it says open 24 hours and saying it’s closed when we come. Not nice 😡 Can’t even rate the food bc u guys are never open.

If you're closed... Maybe make it known? Placed an online order for pickup and when I arrived, they told me they were closed. Waste of time and money.

They made a mistake with my order. Tried to discuss it at the window with the lady who handed me over the food, she doesn't speak English. She had to call someone who can speak English just to be able to communicate.

I mean I guess people have the right to be grumpy at 3:17 in the morning but I was waiting in this line for about 30+minutes because I had just got off work and hadn’t eaten all night. I get up I get my normal, 2 quarter pounder with cheese with LIGHT onions, still with the ketchup and mayo and pickles on it. I was givin two with just onion, I had no problem with it until I pulled back around, and I was given an attitude and eyes rolled and scarfed at, but I’m going to presume the nighttime manager, He was flat out, just rude and quite frankly disgusting. Like I get that it’s early or late for him but geez, a little bet of good customer service goes a long way, I deal with customers complaining all night, last thing I want/need is to go grab some food real quick as I’m hungry and tired and receive attitude from the employee. Quite frankly very unProfessional
