Thankfully , I have lost my taste for fast food. Really disliked the fried spicy snack wrap I bought. I was desperate. I'm very disappointed that Mcdonald's did not bring back the grilled snack wrap. No napkins included.

Second night I go there with whom I believe is a new manager can’t tell big he seems careless . Previous night he gave my online order to someone else and didn’t bother making another order or trying to solve this. Tonite I was the only person in line asked for a double cheeseburger and they gave me a freaking brick. Bread was mad heads they could have had the decency to make one fresh especially since I was the only one there. Lazy . I don’t like spending money on food I can’t eat. Literally felt like cardboard.

To those that may frequent this McDonald's, the owners have remodeled the franchise but also implemented new policies. There are NO beverage machines in the lobby and refuse to provide refills of any beverages INCLUDING coffee during breakfast. They have lost this customer permanently due to their over-the-counter behavior. Burger King is across the street!!!

My only concern is that they were so behind on the drive thru orders which typically we take on the chin but this time we had a trailer with us which made it hard for us to just pull up and park somewhere to wait for our food.

Update, July 22 2025, I've stopped by two days in a row and the young gentlemen named Mark was awesome. A friendly, funny, welcoming gentleman. He really made my experience more than just grabbing fast food late at night. I commend his professionalism and hope the company does too, because he deserves it. Amazing customer service and truly knows how to make people feel like they should be coming here. Thanks Rockville McDonald's!

So tonight I went to McDonald's to get food and went through the drive through for the first time. They told me to pull up to the first window where you would normally pay well when I pulled up they told me to go to the next window so I did. I paid the driver in front of my pulled ahead after getting their food as I though I had to do the same so I could get my food. A worker there had asked me why I moved up. I guess I miss understood the question because he was extremely rude interrogating me as to why I moved up... when he handed me my food he then rolled his eyes shut the window and walked away shaking his head. The service I got here tonight was absolutely NOT okay you do not treat customers that way. Sad to see how rude people can be. If he doesn't like his job then quit..

I don't know who cooks for this location at night time but yea he deserve a raise full time extra hours sonething because every night that food be cooked right ...never miss a beat ......day time iffy.......only time I like McDonald's at this point is late
Having anything open 24 hours near me is a blessing. Food can be hit or miss but still thankful.

Good food for a fast food place but nothing really stands out from others fast food companies besides when they have their special yearly stuff like Shamrock Shakes, the winter custard pies and my favorite is when they do monoply game on boxes which I haven't noticed in awhile maybe they dont do anymore? The customer service is kind of crappy here though rude staff I've dealt with on numerous occasions. There is one white older guy who always runs drivethru payments in the mornings and he is so sweet, nice and always repeats your order back to you as well as tells you the price. There is also a white middle aged gentleman who works nights a lot, he is super chatty and friendly we always talk, makes me feel really welcomed there. Started when I had an issue with my Amazon return and I told him about it lol. I have had some issues with customer service here though. Also I believe it is the general manager maybe he is a younger guy I believe around late 20s or even way younger, he is super super nice and has on numerous occasions fixed situations for me. I am so thankful the manager here is a gem! I mean it is McDonald's so I understand the turnaround is insane for staff but please make sure you guys make it clear to your employes that customer service is what comes first well besides fresh food lol. So I will continue to come here as its right down the street from me but please McDonald's train your employees better as far as being rude, I get its not the best job but its better than no job. If they cant handle customers keep them in the back as cooks lol.
