New location, not good food This place was pretty good in manchester, and it only got closer to me. So I decided to give this place another try. The space is vast. It's a very large restaurant, designed for extreme social distancing. We dined in and got bagged chips and watery salsa in a container to munch on. Server was very nice and accommodating. We got a combo plate and some tacos to share. We also got a container of canned cheese sauce to dip the chips in. Overall, a big retraction from the last time we tried them. The cheese wiz I don't mind, but dry and underseasoned steak and pork is an issue. The tamale was wet and the mass had no flavor. The pork inside was tender but the rest was just a soggy mess. The canned Adobo they put on the two small enchaladas needed seasoning, and the meat was also woefully dry. Worst off, for a drink, cheese sauce, 3 tacos and the combo plate. Our total came to $50 without tip. If the portion was Gigantic, that would be okay. If the flavor was stellar, then it would be okay. But this grocery store rendition of Mexican is too high price, too bland, and too skimpy to recommend. I can understand that when a place isn't making a lot that you got to cut costs. With Mexican, you can't sacrifice flavor. It feels like they are trying, but have mostly given up. Which is a real shame. Not worth trying. but if you need a taco, it's the only place around. Won't get you sick, but won't be good either

To be honest, Didn’t even know this was there. Anyway, got loaded nachos. So small. Barely any nachos or meat. Was kind of expecting the “whole enchilada” if you will. Nope. Delicious but not worth the money. Won’t order again from there.

The food was quite good. However, the portions were undersized for the prices charged. Also, instead of topping wi actual guacamole and sour cream, the dishes had thin drizzles of "liquid" guacamole and some liquid white stuff. They appeared to have been squeezed from a plastic jar like Subway uses for toppings, but with a much smaller nozzle opening.

Went for dinner on a Saturday night. The place was empty. Servers were very friendly. Not sure how long they have been open but everything was served in disposable containers, plastic Warr, plastic cups. We ordered fajitas and they came in takeout containers. Quite disappointing. Flavors were decent but for the prices serving sizes were smaller than we normally see at comparable places. We likely won't return.

So myself and my S/O visited this restaurant today for the first time at the Vernon location just to start off the place looked as if it were closed with black out curtains and half the lights in the restaurant were turned off after seating ourselves our server came over and asked us what to drink I had ordered a water with lime and my S/O did the same when it had arrived it was in a plastic solo cup and no lime to be seen but rather had lime juice in it which was very odd. After we ordered our food we got the guacamole to share I got the taco combo with Barbacoa and al pastor tacos my S/O got a veggie burrito when the guacamole arrived it was absolutely flavorless no lime no salt no pepper no seasoning at all and to top it off I had bitten into part of a rotten avocado pit when trying it trying to write it off a big mistake we stayed and tried to enjoy our meal which only seemed to get worse as my tacos also had no seasoning at all and were extremely greasy in an attempt to rescue them I had tried to use the house hot sauce that was pushed by our server which again had no flavor it was only spice and not even a good level of spice my S/O had similar issues as their burrito was filled 98% with rice had almost no beans or corn and to top it off had to use a plastic fork and knife to cut it on a paper plate which had ripped so will never be going back here and will make sure that no one we know does either

It’s sad to have to give a two star review to a sweet family who seems to be working hard. Unfortunately, you can’t make it in business with just being nice. The value for what you get is simply not there. Tacos consisted of equal amounts of meat and raw onions with a sprinkle of cilantro. No cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes. All disposable plates, cups & silverware makes this less than a dining experience. Wanted to love it, but won’t be back.

I am Latino and have been to many small family owned restaurants. The food took a long time to come. The chips were cold. When I went up to the counter the chips were sitting in an open container with a staff member eating their meal right on top of it.I got a burrito that was probably the same size as a Taco Bell burrito with less filling. Had to pay separate for rice and beans- which is basic in any Mexican restaurant.Salsa for chips was served cold in a plastic to-go container. To be honest when you go out to eat you expect at least silverware. We were served with paper plates and plastic cups.I was not offered a cup for my soda and drank from the can!Feels like a food-truck experience so I would hardly call it a restaurant.Prices were unreasonable for paper plates, plastic silverware, and cups, oh and small portions (not typical in Mexican restaurants nor any Latino one). Will not be returning. The food and experience was much better when they were in the small establishment in Manchester.

We loved this place when it was in downtown Manchester, and their food is still the best authentic Mexican we've had locally.

My sister and I stopped in here after a super long day and we were both dead tired. So glad we did! Food was great, staff were welcoming and kind and chill, and atmosphere was clean and polished but still felt homey. (As we were being seated, we also passed a woman who'd come back to the restaurant specifically to rave about how delicious and authentic the salsa was.) Would totally recommend!Parking: It's in a strip-mall sort of place so there's free parking all over, it would just depend on how busy the restaurant and surrounding businesses are.

This is the best authentic Mexican food in the area. We loved it when they were in Manchester, and the new location is beautiful.

Food was okay not as good as years past ! Service was terrible ! We had to wait an hr and over 20 minutes for our food and our waitress was not even apologetic! I wanted to leave bur we brought our 16 year old grandson for the first time and bc he's a teenager he was embarrassed to leave ! The food was not worth an Hr and a half wait! Plus we got stuck in the bar area which I never go in but they told us it was our only option bc the dining room was full! We would have waited but nope! We have been going there a long time and it's been slowly going down hill to us but this was the worst and the waitress was the worst ! I couldn't complain that night bc my grandson said let's just go! I called the next day and talked to the manager Stephanie I believe she said I'm so sorry ! She said if u come back I'll get u free ice cream ! I thought I waited that long for my food which was not that great and I get free ice cream??? That was a slap in our face after spending over 57.90 for our food ! To many other good Mexican restaurants to go to besides that one! When Casper and George ran the place it was amazing ! Never again !!!

Fantastic little hidden gem, with delicious authentic Mexican food! While the building itself is nothing terribly fancy (expect paper plates and plastic tableware) the amazing food and quality service is not to be missed! We tried a carnitas burrito, which was STUFFED full of slow roasted and flavorful pork, and a combo plate (highly recommend the tortas and gorditas), both of which felt home cooked and delicious. The wait staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, to the point it almost felt like eating dinner at a friend's house vs. an establishment.Even the basic sides of rice & beans were made in house and tasted delicious. Don't let the low key interior fool you; this is a great spot for a quick lunch or family dinner!Kid-friendliness: With no liquor license (currently), this is not a Mexican restaurant where you'll find frat kids doing tequila shots.Wheelchair accessibility: One-level dining room with no stairs or ramps, easily accessible from the parking lot.

Good takeout but it's pricey. An order of fajitas, a taco plate and a quesadilla was $50. Food was fantastic but it seemed less dear when the restaurant was in Manchester.

Be wary of how small the portion sizes are compared to the prices. I ordered the California Burrito (tortilla with fries and asada) for $18. I expected a decent sized burrito for the price but what I got was so small I finished it in 4-5 bites. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious and perfectly cooked - so much so that I really want to go back for another one - but I wouldn't spend more than $12 for what I got. My girlfriend got the fish tacos for about $19 and the tacos were tiny with a small side of rice and beans. Again, tasted great, but way too expensive for the size. We had to make more food at home because we were still hungry after. Crossing my fingers that either portion sizes go up or prices go down so we can come back!
