I was delighted to find ample vegan options here: black beans, pinto beans, even grilled tofu, plus of course all the veggies. This place is an oasis amidst the otherwise American meat dairy and egg landscape. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the ambience clean and pleasant. My new regular stop between New Haven and Boston.

They charge a service fee to us their app!
Food is decent however it seems to have declined over the years, and the offers have decreased.
Portion size is inconsistent.
I would try them again but the fee to use the app bothers me because I don't know anywhere else that does that. The solution they gave me was to order in store instead, but many times the line is not worth it.
Great 👍

Welcome to Moe’s! I usually get whatever special/deal they’re offering. Mondays are a bowl meal deal and Thursday’s is stack special, I like the stack the most, it’s like a way better Taco Bell menu item I remember…but it’s crunchy but soft and so so good!!!

If you order online for pickup at the Vernon location, make sure to check everything they give you before leaving. Unfortunately, this means actually digging through the food to make sure they included all the ingredients you ordered. For the second time in a few months, they completely left out the ground beef for my daughter’s order. On the app I also specify for sour cream on the side, but they always put it inside of the quesadilla. Luckily my daughter is a good sport about it, but I feel terrible that this has happened to her multiple times. Once we bring it home I’m not driving all the way back to get it fixed. Getting really frustrated with this place and I don’t plan to go back again.

Everyone who works there has got a bad attitude and just scowl at you when you’re ordering. The kid at the register is handling money, touching everything then walks over to my quesadilla, puts his bare hand flat on it and proceeds to cut it. Poor customer service and cleanliness.

Server dropped meat on the counter and placed it in my bowl I ask her to redo my bowl and she got mad and told the manager, whom put all the steak that was on the bowl back in the rest of steak tied pan saying it was fine and he sanitized the counter with a red bucket filled with water and sponge they clean and put back not cleaning water bucket. Managers said it’s fine and he serve safe which he needs training on cross contamination.
Visit Moe’s on Saturday March 15th around 4:15pm. I’m so disgusted literally just watch this guy handle multiple orders. Sauce and guacamole dripping from his hands going into the next person order. Checking guest out while touching the computer screen and money WITHOUT changing his gloves. Very unsanitary to handle money and back to handling food with the same gloves. I will NEVER come back to this establishment.
Overall a disaster. I was hesitant to leave a review, however the 3rd visit in a row with an issue warranted this. 1st time my burrito was correct, but we got the wrong quesadilla for my wife (in-store purchase). 2nd time, I paid and waited for 10 or so minutes and I eventually spoke up and no one knew where my order was (this was also an in-store purchase). I asked for my money back and to leave. They couldn't give me my money back so they provided coupons. 3rd time, they got my burrito fine, but again messed up the quesadilla and were out of salsa (which seems to be a recurring theme at this location). Not to mention, we could only use 1 coupon so we still had to pay $26 for a burrito, a disaster quesadilla, a cup of queso, and no options for Salsa. 20% of the blame is on the staff as they're just teens trying to make money (but still...c'mon). But management should know how to order product and should also know how to implement/enforce quality control. Such a shame as we've always preferred Moe's over Chipotle, but this location has forced us to try something different.

I just walked out. Girl dumped rice off of a flour tortilla into the rice container, contaminated the whole rice container for the next unsuspecting Celiac patient. I told the staff about it and they didn't seem to have a clue what I was talking about. Then as she finally began to remove the contaminated rice, I watch another employee swashing around a dirty soap water rag all around the open food containers without removing them first, dirty water and food debris flying everywhere including into the food. I'll never go back there. The lack of training for a food service job is ridiculous and disgusting. Someone is going to become ill from these girls ignorance and their "trainers" negligence.

Probably the best Moe’s location I’ve been to in Connecticut. The staff here is friendly and the food here is fresh. The salsa bar was stocked and the amount of chips they give you with your meal is a good amount unlike other Moe’s locations that gives you only a few so you have to get back up almost immediately.
