I usually wouldn’t waste my time writing reviews but today I shall. Placed an order on bogo day and scheduled it to be picked up the next day. Was charged immediately but after picking up the order I was charged $12 more and was also charged for extra steak that I did not order. Spoke to DM Joel and was supposed to get my money back. When arriving at the store 4 days later after the charges settled like instructed, he changed his story stating id get food instead. After he “emailed corporate” im being punished for their error and he cant explain why im charged for food that I did not order. A DM should not speak over a customer and lie but state “he really cares about his customers satisfaction” at the same time. Aaron the store manager was more concerned with going back to his lunch and shrugged his shoulders saying “well there’s nothing I can do” so this seals the deal for me.

On 03/19/2024 I tried to use the Moe's app to order delivery from Moe's. My order came out to $54.20. I hit the complete button and the app said it can't process right now and to try again in a few moments. I waited a few minutes, hit submit again, same thing happened. Waited a few more minutes, hit submit and same thing. Waited a few more minutes and hit submit a final time, it then said my bank declined the payment. So I check my bank account, it charged me three times for $54.20. I called the restaurant and asked if they received my order and they responded with "no" and to order through the websites page. Being in the restaurant business for many years I knew these were just "pending process" charges and they wouldn't be taken out. I then ordered from the website which was more expensive for some reason being $56.45. I then got my food. The next day I noticed all four charges were processed, with only two being refunded for $54.20 each. I contacted the restaurant to explain, then said they will look into and call back, never did. I called back a few days later and after being on hold and hung up on multiple times I got a manager. Said he will look into it and call back. Never did. I got a survey in the email so I filled it out with my complaint, and got an email back from the GM who said it was an app error and he can't see any of those transactions to refund them and to take it up with my merchant. And that was that. I'm still out $54.20 and multiple headaches. Filed a complaint with the BBB.

Give the boy Chase a raise. Last time I came inside the store to order, the staff was giving me crazy side eyes for no reason and I just have ordered on the app since so I don’t have to talk to them. But I decided to just go in today after work and Chase was fire. Was never rude to me, very polite and was welcoming. 20/10 service

Went to get some rice for dinner. Went to order just a small bowl of rice. The first person I talked with stated $2 for some rice, I said no problem. After waiting through the line the manager stated that it would be a veggie bowl price for 12.49. I was appalled by the change in price and how it was over 12 dollars for 3 scoops of rice! It felt so money hungry for a simple 100 grains of rice. I would not go back to this location and am staying away from Moe’s in general due to this interaction. I do not recommend.

Paid over $50 for food that was disgusting. The man making the food almost made me feel like I was bothering him. No wonder it's usually dead, Chipotle is way better.

I was struggling with the app to get my discount when the manager pulled out his phone to show me how to work it. He was not logged into his app so he couldn’t show me. 3 minutes later as I was getting my soda across the restaurant he found me with his app fully loaded and showed the mistake I made in a polite and kind manner. The fact that he went out of his way to help me out for future visits was very kind, you just don’t see that kind of quality service anymore. I went on 1/18/24

The food was great and everything.But they couldn’t break a hundred yet they get tons of people.Every store or restraunt I’ve been into they have a safe bag that they can use to break hundreds.If that’s all a customer has to pay then it should be made an exception because they would be wasting food.

Came in with a friend to get food to dine in. They gave both of us the wrong order to dine in. Luckily my friend’s order was given to me, but for a person with food allergies I am concerned with their lack of attention to detail to what stacks each person ordered. When I went up to ask for them to remake my correct order, I was told to wait at the end of a 20+ minute line. I wouldn’t want this to deter others from coming here but I would like management to see this and advise their employees that if an order is made wrong, they should not need to go back to the end of the line.

Oof, I wish I went elsewhere today.I'm not sure if Moe's has lowered ingredient quality or if there was just lax execution at this location today. My order was very disappointing. The burrito immediately started falling apart, and only halfway through, three bites were painful due to bone and/or extremely tough tendons in the adobo chicken. Third photo includes all the inedible chicken so far only halfway through.
