This is a gem of authentic Vietnamese food in a non-descript shopping mall. We ordered the rare beef pho, crispy crepes and Betel Leaf Rolls. All three dishes were freshly made and delicious. The Metal Leaf Rolls were crispy, sweet and has a complex taste profile. The soup base in the pho has the good balance of saltiness and sweetness.
By the way, as an added bonus, the bathroom was nice and clean.

Decided to come in and try this place for the first time. The Pho was good but I’ve had so much better in other locations! The brisket was paper thin and too chewy for my taste and did not have much flavor. The broth had a sweet taste to it which I was not to crazy about I had to add hot sauce. I was also turned off by the chili oil container, it had mold in the container as seen in the photo, first impression is everything and this just showed me they are not very clean!

We have wanted to try this restaurant for a while, so we finally stopped and already cannot wait to come back! The food was outstanding. It was so flavorful and fresh. Very comfortable atmosphere and quick service. I would highly recommend PhoLy!!
Will not return after being charged full price, $16.25, for noodles and broth (no meat or veggies) for my 8 year old child. The last time I went with my child, I was charged $13 and this time the owner refused to give a discounted price when the menu clearly states no protein is $13. Greed caused her to lose a customer.

My favorite pho place ever! I can’t say anything bad about this place because every time I go here, it gets better and better. I get the shrimp summer rolls, shrimp pho, and a lavender boba. The shrimp pho broth is light and flavorful and the staff are always so friendly. If you’re a fan of pho, I highly recommend this place!
