Best place I've ever been my number 1 icecream place
Great service and great tasting frozen custard and ice, but it seems that portion size on the custard could have been bigger even for a specialty treat.
My gelati was delicious and service was fast and courteous. When I was paying for my order, I accidentally knocked over my gelati and I felt terrible. The young lady made me another one without making me feel bad at all. We will be back!
Best place around for a sweet treat
Good selection, friendly workers. It does always smell bad when you walk into the store, like a gross smell covered up with bleach.

I go daily to get my fix of there custard and ice. Staff is very respectful and funny.
Disappointed with the 2024 spring/summer season due to the frequent unavailability of coconut and the 2025 season is off to a similarly disappointing start, which is unfortunate.
Rita's is an awesome place to have Italian ice with custard. The only thing I don't like is that there store smells like fabulouso it's a strong odor that doesn't go good with the atmosphere of the Italian ice

This is the second time I have visited this ice cream shop. I came back because the ice cream is good, but the guys who serve there were racist and they sold me the ice cream in a bad way.
It’s always kids or young looking people working when I go in but they’re always nice and work quickly (but without rushing themselves or anyone else).

Rita's is a staple of amazing custard, and nothing quite matches it. But guys, please hire more staff. It hurts to watch a new hire struggle with a massive line because of staffing shortages. She was doing amazing, by the way - the problem lies with management.
