Ordered 3 drinks, on the mobile app. Went to the store to pick them up, at which point we were turned away due to “staffing issues”. Drive through line has at least 30 cars going into the next business line. When I called we were told no refund is available. I will be placing a complaint with corporate.
I will NEVER go to this location again. Customer service is poor, slow, and unacceptable.
