This place is always a vibe! every staff that I've experienced at the window is nothing less than lovely! I really appreciate them all! Great job team! You don't know how you brighten my days !!!

Upon arrival, staff seemed to have an attitude. He asked me for my order I tell him. A grande earl grey, in a venti cup with 3 raw sugar and steamed half n half on the side. He tells me that he has to charge me 3.39 for a tall half n half steamed! I've NEVER been charged for cream on the side! I ask him to get a manager, he walks away talks to someone, comes back and says yes, we have to charge you for this! Absolutely not! That's ridiculous and just another way to charge more. I will never visit this location again!!

I have been to many Starbucks but this one seemed bizarre. Starbucks coffee is standard as always, but the coffee amount was so low that I felt I didn't get anything in my Grande cup. Not sure if staff is biased to certain customers.

Great location, neat appearance, and wonderful staff! The restrooms are well kept and clean. Only thing to note: the hand dryer is too high for kids or someone in a wheelchair to reach easily… all the water will run down their arms because they are reaching up.

Standard Starbucks location, although I liked the coffee themed wall art inside more than some of the other newer locations. Only issue seemed to be wait time. I had gone inside, since sometimes that's faster, but it seemed that the drive through was getting more priority for getting drinks out. Not a huge deal, but not exactly how I'd prioritize customer orders.

I meant to order a venti but accidentally ordered a grande. When I got to the drive thru I questioned the worker she was extremely accommodating and went over the top to make sure that I was happy with what I got.

This Starbucks drives me insane and I try to avoid it. Every time I've been here they take FOREVER to make the drinks/food. I'm talking like 20+ minutes. The tables are always dirty and the drinks are meh in comparison to other Starbucks in the area. It'll do in a pinch, but the Manchester locations are better.

I've visited this location many times, but I've noticed a significant decline in quality and consistency. I usually order the same drink, but each time it tastes and looks different, and my customizations are often missing, even when I pay extra for them. As a result, I’ve started visiting other nearby Starbucks instead.
Additionally, the long wait times are frustrating. I don’t understand why there’s a difference in wait time whether I order through the app or at the drive-thru window either way, it seems to take forever. My last visit was the last straw, I found hair in my drink. Not only that, but I had to ask for my customization to be added since it was forgotten, and the drink tasted diluted and horrible. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location or Starbucks in general for some time.
