The friendliest and obliging drive thru staff on my first visit. I ordered on the app and requested a receipt. It took a while but the staff was so friendly and apologetic for the delay and have me a coupon for a free taco. The premises was spotless and well kept.

This taco bell use to slaaaaap. Then idk 6 months ago their food just started tasting old and crusty. I tried to keep going and thought maybe its just today, but its everytime now. Doesn't matter if I go morning, lunch dinner. All the same, crusty and old. I'll just get wendys if I dont want to drive further to another taco bell

I wish I could give no stars. We waited over a half hour inside and watched 10 people get food before I finally spoke up, they couldn’t locate my order and just acted so unbothered about it. They then gave me the wrong order. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. The lack of good customer service was infuriating. I had my 3 year old with me and she screamed as we left because all she wanted was a taco.
