When I’ve come here as a customer, they’ve been good. However, when I’ve come here on behalf of DoorDash and Uber Eats customers, I find that I have to wait 15+ minutes about 90% of the time, and on occasion, orders will be entirely missing for unknown reasons. It’s definitely a nice place to come as a customer, but I can’t recommend that you order delivery from this location.

Update: They misrepresented their open hours and refused to refund me for the order they would not make.

This is no lie or exaggerated review, we waited 40 minutes for a chicken quesadilla. The lobby filled with people shoulder to shoulder waiting on their food. Maybe short staffed, maybe a busy night. But 40 minutes for a single quesadilla I mean cmon. I leave reviews for excellent service or really bad service and well, this is one of the later. Maybe better on another night.

I don't know what is about Taco Bell but it makes my belly happy! I have had issues with other taco bells , but this one in vernon never disappoints. I never feel like they've shorted me on the meat where in other restaurants I feel they are very skimpy. Only one star for atmosphere , because I never go in.

Straight trash. Long wait for food, even the drive thru can take 30-40 mins. The food is NOT assembled properly, looks messy, and is cold! The night shift especially is the worst. The place is run by a bunch of incompetent folks.

I went there this morning and the lady running the window was so sweet and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell, and the food was amazing, I’ve been to other Taco Bell’s close by and they have never been so on top of everything and also have great customer service. To the lady that was controlling the window this morning. Thank you for making the experience this morning great!

Went after a long shift. Ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla. Drove the 23 minutes home from the town I work in only to find a breaded chicken burrito. Wasted money

Idk if they dont know how to read but Everytime i get food and ask for no tomatoes !!! They wont put it on one taco but put it on the chalupa which is expensive! I will not be going back for them to remake bc im alr home but teach your employees how to read !!!!! And the managers jus be watching 1 person do all the work ridiculous

My order was made wrong and instead of fixing the order before running ky card, the cashier just finalized the order and suggested “I get an extra taco for my trouble” then said he would rather give me a free taco slip instead. When I said no I didn’t want the stupid little taco coupon that just going get thrown, he said “well what do you want?” I wanted you to ring in my order right or just refund me…

Why is this place still open, people should boycott this place…trust the reviews this place sucks….all they do is mess up orders….once again after not going to this location for about two years I decided it was quick pick up….i ordered on the app and picked up my food…was in a rush so i opened the bag that was taped when i got home, multiple items missing, not even worth the trip to go back and complain

Don't waste your time useless staff that wont take orders when you have cash and the few times you do get help double check your order I have got my tacos with no meat at all in time. Go to a different taco bell save yourself the headache

The friendliest and obliging drive thru staff on my first visit. I ordered on the app and requested a receipt. It took a while but the staff was so friendly and apologetic for the delay and have me a coupon for a free taco. The premises was spotless and well kept.
