The food is quite tasty, but the customer service is absolutely dreadful. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and if I were the owner, I would pay attention before the situation worsens. I've had two separate occasions where employees refused to assist me in resolving an issue. In general, most staff members do the bare minimum to address customer concerns, but in this case, that was still far from acceptable.
I called because they included a side of sauce that wasn’t listed in the app. I was told to "cancel the order and add the sauce," even though I clearly explained that the sauce wasn't available to add. Then, I was told to "call DoorDash." I was confused, as this wasn’t an issue with DoorDash but something the store could address. However, the employees were uncooperative, offering no real solution, and instead, they became increasingly aggressive.

Vernon Grill is a true hidden gem! I order from them at least once a week - usually a cold turkey grinder, but I have had many items on their menu and have enjoyed everything. The food is great, prices are unbeatable, store is clean, service is fast and the employees are so nice!! As an added bonus: you can get all of the snacks & drinks you need in the convenience store and/or grab some gas when you pick up your order! The best one-stop-shop around. Thanks, Vernon Grill!

Went to order 11 cheeseburgers for my crew. I do this every day all over three states. I was told They would NOT complete my order without driving 15 minutes to pay for it first. And then my crew would have to wait even longer to eat. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. This is very poor business ethics. Will never come or support this place again!!
My favorite items to order are the beef, & chicken empanadas & the lamb over rice. The rice is biryani style it's so good. Super convenient pickup.

Stopped serving me when I complained about the guy in the morning overcharging me. When Sam is cooking, he charges the correct prices. When Sam isn't working, he charges you what he wants. Brought it up to Sam and he basically defended him. Beware.
