Absolutely love this place. Started coming here on a more frequent basis because of their enormous salads and delicious red sauce. From wings to pizza to parmigianas - you can't order wrong here. My mom loves the lasagna, and husband always gets their Italian sub. Amazing every time.

We moved from CT in 97. To this day everytime we are in CT we go there. The grinders are incomparable to any. If you haven't been there, make a trip, it is worth it. I have taken the ingredients back to where I have lived. Arizona, California, Texas and Florida. I wish we had something close to Vernon Pizza.

This is a weekly spot for me, as a local. Been coming here for years. Best pizza in Vernon. The grinders are also amazing. Highly recommend the steak and cheese grinder.

Vernon Pizza has, for the most part, served the best grinders and pizza in this area. The pizzas have had great crust and fresh meat and vegetables. Their grinders can be great, the large cheeseburger grinder I had last week was the way grinders should be. However, it IS a pizza restaurant, so, on occasion, things might be hit or miss. I ordered another large cheeseburger grinder tonight, expecting to get another delicious sandwich. But, this time, the hamburgers were BURNT! It was very disappointing! If a cook knows that he inadvertently burnt the hamburgers, he should have started a fresh set, and NOT sent out the burnt hamburgers to the customer. Naughty, naughty! So, yeah ... great pizza and grinders, when they're in the mood ... but not always the case. Sometimes they can be hit or miss ......

We tried Vernon Pizza for the first time when our usual place was closed for vacation. We had an excellent pizza, grinders, and wings. Our order was ready when promised.

Tracy is so amazing. very sweet with a great personality. Helped us choose the bbq chicken pizza which was phenomenal I don’t think I’ve ever had had such a good bbq chicken pizza! The place has a nice calming aesthetic, calm lighting to enjoy a quiet meal. They have tvs in there also. The place over all is off the scale 1000/10 I’ve always passed by this pizza restaurant but never stopped in. We stopped in today from word of mouth on how good the food is.
