The soda machine had no ice. One of the people making the burgers had no gloves.

I'm a Dasher that picks up from here often and I just have to say that the customer service here is complete garbage. I have yet to have a good experience here with their employees... I don't eat fast food but wow... I'm glad I don't get food from this place.

Its fast food and in todays market that means you get crap! So as you can tell im not a fan! I can appreciate that they have decent deals but the quality and quantity of the food is horrific!

The food was cold, and the soda was warm and flat . When we spoke to the manager, he argued. We will not go there again

Guys charged me like .35 cents per bbq sauce. I asked for extra and said it’s fine. When I get home and open the bag there isn’t one sauce pack. I paid like an extra dollar or two for it. I know it’s not a lot of money but it feels like theft.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. 90% of the time I go for breakfast, every single time I have to wait at the stop sign for my order. there's almost always one at most two people behind the counter. Sometimes the biscuit or croissant will be stale clearly from the day before just left out. sometimes they won't even be open! Probably because there's often only one person behind the counter, if they're late or call in sick.

Terrible place. always out of basic things, and doesn’t tell customers up front. refuses to refund to original payment method; drops everything being handed to the customer at the drive through. consistently bad since about a year after it opened. has served rancid onion in the past

The girls at the drive through were extremely impatient, and talked to me like i was bothering them, I say don't work with the public if you don't have patience!!!

To be fair, I did go late around 11:30. The nuggets and fries seemed to be fresh but the burger I got was ice cold and that is not an exaggeration. I understand it’s late but then just say you don’t have burgers. That’s better than giving someone food poisoning.

This was the best Wendy’s I have been to in many years. The cashier was really nice and friendly. The food came out really fast and was hot. But what really stood out from other locations was that the place was clean and well stocked with lids, napkins, etc.

For 1 it doesn't open nearly early enough for people going to work, and for 2 if they did open at say 6am instead of "6:30" it wouldn't matter because the lot and building would be empty until 7, or a person on the intercom will tell you at 6:45 "we ain't opened yet". Idk how opening when you say you do, and being prepared for that opening is this monstrously hard thing to do. Whoever runs this one must have very limited experience with hiring openers and closers because they have the same problem at night as well it says they're open till 2 am, but if you come any time later than 12:00 be ready to be sent away for absolutely no reason. I don't even come here anymore. I'd rather waste 15 extra minutes and drive to the one near buckland because at least they are on top of things there. Nobody is perfect but God it's been YEARS since this location opened and it's like they're still ironing out their first week or something
