Fast service: my food was ready before I could put my wallet away after paying. Well kept restaurant. Probably the best Wendy's I've been to.

Damn, I am sad to say that Our family’s, Wendy’s patronage may have come to an end tonight.
We ordered a few simple things.
A Couple of cheeseburgers, no ketchup Which ended up being no ketchup or mustard.
We ordered Some chicken tenders with the spicy honey sauce, which ended up being barbecue slathered
And we asked for some of the spicy chili seasoning, which apparently translated to katsup.
Two cheeseburgers one order of fries, one four piece chicken nugget + 3 wrong topping/sauces =$20??

Have been coming here for years, recent Staffing changes have made it difficult to get the correct order. The person taking my order didn't know what a seltzer water was. I don't drink sugar so the interaction was rather frustrating when she kept bringing me up for a lemonade instead of a lemon lime seltzer. I left without getting anything

Idk if this female cashier was in training or just finished training, but she also didn't seem to understand a lot of English, and couldn't understand that I was asking for the chips for the chili (In which she rung up but didn't give the extra (1) I ordered, so some confusion on the manager's side but it got straightened out) but this all held up the line of people. I felt bad for holding up the line but hey, I paid for the food, I expect to get it. But besides that 1 hiccup the food was great (Taco Salad Was Fresh).

I just asked for a BBQ sauce at the counter and I guess the man behind the counter was clocking out at the time, although that was not clear-he looked like he was standing there working behind the counter. He looked right at me and completely ignored me, but was clearly irritated and full of attitude. Then he just angrily walked out from behind the counter and left the restaurant flinging the door open in anger. The guy behind me snickered and said “I’ll take that as a NO” so his behavior was clearly so out of line that a random customer chimed in. Why these places hire people like that (rude, enraged and unhinged)I don’t know, but it’ll drive down business for sure. I won’t be coming back. Also, the man also looked dirty and unkept, there should be some kind of standard for cleanliness and professionalism especially for employees that will be touching our food.

Ate here 2 yrs ago, it was quite good. Year later today, cajun chicken was under cooked, wendy’s single patty burger was dry as a bone and cold. Don’t know what has happened to this Wendy’s but they need to hire new cooks. The 2 women working in the back didn’t understand enough English to know what a cold burger was. At this point, I hope I don’t get food poisoning….

Went to Wendy's and once again messed up my order plus my nuggets were burnt I also didn't get no sauce and didn't ask me what kind of sauce I want. and I tried calling them but the call kept hanging up. I also, called compare but wasn't open so I'll called them on Monday. I'm not happy at all and although the service for today were nice don't make up the fact they still messed up a sandwich and burn food. I usually have a big order which is over $30.00 in food but today I didn't because it was a small order. There employees need to pay attention on what they make. Thank you!

Visited on 4/20/2025 at 9pm. Service was extremely rude by the gentleman behind the counter - didn’t even say hello or look at us when we ordered and then ignored us multiple times when we went up because our order was wrong, to get sauce they forgot, and to get the code for the bathroom. He also was mopping, then took our order and then built burgers - all in a row and without gloves handling food. Chairs were turned over on tables so only a few people could sit in the dining room in a couple booths. No ice in the soda machine. Got our order wrong - missing food and wrong food. But the dining room was very clean and the woman taking care of the drive thru (who finally helped us) was very nice. The place needs much better staff management.

Food is ok, but the ten piece was an eight piece, with no sauce. The fries where cold as was the double.
