Go there for breakfast. Went there at 11pm, starving. It took forever and some guy with green hair everywhere, hoping it’s not in my food gives me cold food. It took long enough that they could’ve made the bread by hand first. I’ve seen employees fighting each other in there and the management must be horrible. My fries taste like they’ve been sitting for the last 2hrs. Nobody was there at all, idk why I’m getting cold food after watching like I was in line.
The beverage machine had no ice and almost no options for beverages. The service was not friendly. The cost of the food versus the quality was not worth it

Have a dairy allergy. Asked for a burger with no onion or cheese on 2 separate occasions. Got a burger with cheese and onion.

I understand that it’s fast food and I shouldn’t expect too much. However, there’s no excuse for hair in the food. That is disgusting. they forgot my strawberry lemonade as well.
Ordered food at 451 did not receive it did not receive it until 5:13 only five cars were even went to the drive-thru everyone inside was waiting 20 minutes longer service was horrible told him that my wife's drink was wrong she told me know my wife went back in to show them and they gave her an attitude would not recommend

Ordered the biggy bag with a bacon cheeseburger. The cheese looked like it had been on the Burger for hours. The food was cold. Not up to temp! The only thing that was good was the soda. Tried calling them and no answer. It was a total waste.

Wendy’s has horribly deteriorated in customer service and quality of food in the last 4 years! Stale buns, wrong orders , long wait times, dirty dining rooms! Need a top down realignment of managers and crew! Sad to see it! Went back today, and sad to say, it’s gone further downhill! Either the management or the franchisee just don’t care apparently! The drain pan in the Freestyle drink machine was full to overflowing creating a very slick floor in half of the dining room! An employees child was laying up
On the stools watching videos with no shoes on, the air conditioning was still out if order again making the dining room feel like a swamp, and the main entrance door was still broken and unusable two weeks on. The lack of customers on a Sunday afternoon during a lunch hour, SHOULD be a big warning sign for the owner! Why do Wendy’s franchises in New England feel like Friendlies 10 years ago(that isn’t a compliment!)?

Barley warm fries on bottom. Cold bacon and un melted shredded cheese on top. Chicken wrap thrown together, overstuffed with lettuce. Had to try and rewrap

It's a Wendy's, so I know what to expect. BUT maybe not, because of all things for a fast food joint to fail to deliver on, the fountain drinks generally work out ok. But this time? Not so much. Not one Coke product that folks generally care about was in stock on the machine, just all the tier C and below brands. Alas. And alack.
