today I ordered through uber eats after having surgery and not being able to cook. I received my order and it was missing items. I called figuring I could possibly have someone pick up missing food well I called and phone was answered by welcome to moes which I knew wasn't accurate but the person hung up before I could question. 2nd time once again welcome to moes and laughter in background and hang up . so 3rd time just pick up and hang up.. last time young man answered Wing stop I then asked to speak to a manager at this point I'm not gonna talk to just anyone and wanted to report then which seems like managers probably sitting there allowing it to happen or not supervising.. he says no manger or supervisor on lady so what do you want I said no worries I'll reach out to corporate he laughed and said whatever. This staff is so unprofessional and rude if they weren't playing around maybe my order would have been accurate. This location has several reviews regarding service and employees where is the manager where is corporate….

Service leaves something to be desired! Going in in person it’s clear that no one is really interested in doing a good job, and the last two DoorDash orders have been mistakes! Last night got two separate orders jumbled into one container (an order of Hawaiian and Atomic wings so not something you want to mix, and the Veggie Sticks were carrots only, no celery!

Walked in to a rude young staff girl, asked if I was picking up I said yes and gave the name, then rolled her eyes went to the back then came and asked another customer same question, and never responded to me if my order was ready or not…Seemed like she had an attitude with every customer you can tell I was not the only one. (And no she wasn’t having a rough day because I have seen this young girl before at this location and had the same attitude the first time). Waited in store about another 20-25 mins. I understand they were short staffed, but whole time they are chatting and using vulgar language. Every customer in store seemed uncomfortable with what they were talking about (Inappropriate). The girl notices me 2-3 times but doesn’t say anything still. Then she realizes after that the bag on pickup rack is mine and calls it out finally, which I saw her place there already 10 mins before! Then forgets to give me the drinks so I had to ask for it, while the soda machine was dirty and filthy and out of half the drinks. Will not be returning here again! Lack of good communication and service. 👎 Where is the manager?

I go to Wingstop in Worcester ma and at the casino in Foxwoods. I have never had oil all over my chicken like this one. The fries were cold by the time I grabbed my bag and walked to my car. There was no ice in the soda machine and they were out of many options. Also staff was swearing and inappropriate behind the counter. I would never go back to this location

So we did a pick up today at Wingstop which is usually a great place but unfortunately corporate needs to take a big look at their cameras there was a gentleman that was working in the back came to the front and totally disrespected a number of people that were in there telling them to leave his store and also disrespecting other customers while maintaining he did nothing wrong claiming his innocence I have a photo of him this is a review for corporate and for the owner of the store please watch your videotape back and please do something about the situation this gentleman is definitely not cut out for customer service hopefully you guys can make changes so that way I can update the review unfortunately this is not good and does not look good on the entirety of wingstops Enterprise

They literally forgot my whole meal I ordered two meals they called my name and handed me my bag I didn’t open it until i arrived home and was charged for both meals the workers there suck!!!!

Came to Wingstop thinking I’d get food—not a front-row seat to the kitchen hangout session. While customers sat around growing older, the staff seemed more focused on chilling and chatting than actually making orders. 20+ minutes waiting for some wings? What are y’all doing back there, marinating each one by hand? It’s not fast food if the food never comes. Do better.

5 star experience here I don’t understand all the 1 stars the staff is chill my boy Antione cooked up my food and it was fire. Shout out my boy Scott too with the great service. I will be back here!
