This is the only wingstop near me so this is why I continue to order but honestly it's disappointing, I have a big family so when I order I pay more then 50$ on food and they are ALWAYS WRONG I'm constantly missing food or the order is wrong and when I call to speak to a manager there is never anyone available, or if there is the manager is honestly just as worst it's sad that there isn't a strick manager there to make this place better because wingstop isn't bad but the people working there always have a attitude or just don't care for what they do with our orders extremely disappointing

Finally writing a review for this place after my last three visits. There’s never any consistency. The seasoned fries 2 out of 3 separate visits were unseasoned. The chicken was overwhelmingly oily all 3 recent visits. And my last visit my dry rub barely had any dry rub. Soak the chicken in oil to not even apply enough dry rub.

This is the third time i have ordered from them and they manage to get it wrong every single time. I just get the wrong things or I get someone else’s entirely and the dashers say they didn’t have any other wingstop orders. There was also no receipt so I couldn’t even get a refund from doordash.

I come here almost every week, and I will probably not come back because the girl behind the counter, Jasling, was very rude. I asked her for some extra ranch and she scoffed and tossed it across the counter at me. I then overheard a conversation with an employee she was having and she was making fun of my looks and laughing and pointing at me. At that point i felt very uncomfortable and left after I got my food, only to realize my chicken was half frozen still. Seems they have done it on purpose. Everyone behind the counter condoned her behavior, even people who serve me every week. I am very disappointed in the management at this facility. I will not be returning

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered pickup for 6:15pm. It’s presently 7:45pm and the order is still not ready. The manager’s name is Jason and he offered no solutions. Food wouldn’t be free, no extra food offered, no gift card offered. He couldn’t care less. Disgusting establishment!!! Ruined our family’s Super Bowl celebrations.

We order wings for the Super Bowl. The order was placed and confirmed at 1:30pm for 5:15 pickup. My daughter got there about 5:25 and waited until 6:10 before she left. As soon as she got to our home Wingstop took the money from my Apple Pay We assumed that meant they must be ready. She left at 6:20 pm and it’s now 7:15 and she still isn’t back I will NEVER go here again. It ruined our Superbowl. All our food was not got because it sat waiting for an order that I placed at 1:30. I have never seen such horrific business I am expecting to get my money refunded Honestly anyone who has waited 2 hours for an order should have their money refunded regardless Horrible horrible business Couldn’t tell you about the wings? Never tasted them Whole night ruined 😡
Ordered through the Wing Stop app. I ordered mild wings, they gave me plain. I ordered fries, they didn't tell me they didn't have fries and just let me walk out without them. Currently working on getting a refund.

Don’t expect to get your food in a timely manner. the wait is routinely 45 minutes and often longer. Employees have no sense of urgency and would rather socialize than assemble orders. Room full of waiting customers and they couldn’t seem to care less.
