LAST TIME I ORDERED TOGO GET HOME AND THEY FORGOT CELERY AND BLUE CHEESE WITH WINGS OK IT HAPPENS THIS TIME POTATO SKINS WERE ICE COLD INSIDE AND BLUE CHEESE THAT CAME THIS TIME HAD MOLD IN IT!!!! SICK TO MY STOMACH NOTICED AFTER I ALREADY ATE SOME!!!!!

Archie's never fails! If I want wings, I'm always looking for the closest Archie Moore's! Highly recommend their Honey BBQ wings 10/10! They're even good if you heat them up the next day!

Great vibes, great food. Also, great service! We walked in on a Monday afternoon sat down right away by the window, such a cute street it's on and the dark wood tavern vibes are very comforting. Everyone was very relaxed and friendly we never had to ask for anything they were on top of everything- extra plates/napkins plenty of water refills. Food was yummy, the Buffalo sauce is *chefs kiss* not too spicy but got a good kick/flavor. I ordered my burger well and I was happy to see it wasn't burnt to a hockey puck, but rather very tender and still juicy. Will be back for sure!
Have been to the Wallingford Archie Moore's many times over the years. Came on Sunday night before MLK Jr and the place was busy but not swamped. Sat at apparently the wrong side of the bar bc both bartenders catered to the other side significantly more than our side and thus we waited and waited and waited. Wild car football game on and for one of the bartenders, work was big time getting in the way of watching the game but not really, he kept up with the game. Wings were great but I would make the little bit longer drive to New Haven.

Good food and friendly staff. Parking in the downtown area is a huge problem. There is parking on the sides if the front is full.Food has interesting names. Like the nightmare pastrami sandwich.
