Any reason to get a cake made and I’m all over it! I have been using Meriden’s Big Y Bakery for the past... 6 cakes / cupcake cakes I needed made! Everyone is so pleasant and excited to get creative! Cupcake cakes are ALWAYS a hit and everything tastes so good! Very affordable and fresh!! Thank you Big Y bakery for always being “part of” our parties!

I think all the big y stores that I have been to are beautiful stores. They are always very clean even the restrooms are well maintained. If I had one thing that I think they could improve it would be many products you can only buy at big y. After really. Liking the product all of a sudden it will disappear. But overall. Love the stores and they really do an excellent job hiring people to work for them.
They charge 10 per flimsy paper bag &charge too much.

Because of all these negative scores I had to reach out and say your location in Franklin, MA is wonderful! Your staff recognize us as repeat shoppers and are very knowledgeable. I have ordered cakes and cupcakes that came back as requested and delish! My only complaint is that the managers just walk by and don't say Hi or even notice you. Thank you for coming to my town!!!
