I mistakenly order at this location instead of the plainville one and it was already 8pm and this location closes at 8:30pm so i rushed there, got stuck in traffic and finally made it there at 8:26pm, the closing lady refunded my order and made my food fresh for my troubles which i thought was really nice of her to do!
This was a great spot for lunch. It felt like a historic version of Duchess. The food was fresh and made to order. The thick-cut steak fries are great and those are very hard to find at quick-service restaurants. The cheeseburger was fresh and even the veggies tasted good and in-season. There were many condiments available, like different relishes, for the hot dogs. I'll be back to try a long dog.
Food was incredible as usual I have always loved Frankie’s . Never have I seen this location so dirty . The entire floor filled with crumbs , wrappers and dirt . My daughter and myself had to ask for someone to come clean off the tables becaus there wasn’t a single table open without grime . Mind you there wasn’t a single customer in there to begin with besides . This location needs better management
