i purchased a fish sandwich and combo meals that came with drinks. i was told 50 minutes later that they didn't have drinks, and they handed me my food 50 minutes later and didn't mention they weren't giving me the fish sandwich because they don't have them, although i was charged for both the drinks and the fish sandwich. they told me i can't be refunded for anything in store, and that i will have to wait a week to be refunded just a few dollars. not only is the service bad,...read full review
Worst Popeyes ever!!!! Food is always good but most the staff is so unprofessional it's not even funny. Girl had me wait 10 mins at the drive through just to say how can I help you? We're all out of everything though. So why was I waiting for 10 mins for absolutely nothing!? The staff is always nasty but there are some who are polite and know how to do their job. Will not go to this Popeyes ever again!
